First day masuk bilik dipenuhi air limpah dan kepala air rosak . sampai habis bilik dipenuhi dengan air . service agak teruk security datang tengok sahaja dan tak ada tindakan langsung !!!! bukti memang ada kepala air rosak , bilik tidur dilimpah dengan air . sekarang security ni buat kerja ke tak orang da buat report !!!?

Apartment bersih. Kawasan nampak baru. Cuma tempat parking je banjir. Keluar lif banjir nak ke kereta. Kene pakai selipar.

Upon arriving at Amber Cove, I was held up by security and told that I am not allowed to go to the letterbox to collect the card used to scan myself into the carpark as the security protocols have changed, I am required to sign in with a QR code provided by the landlord.

This QR code was not provided to me in advance and I had to then request it from the landlord, took me a good 15 minute wait before the landlords got back to me with the QR code to show to the security.
The guards on-site however, did their due diligence and looked through my evidence provided that I am indeed the rental tenant for Unit 30-22 at Amber Cove for the next 2 nights, they therefore registered me manually. So I was able to head onwards to the letterbox and key in the combination provided to me by the landlord to retrieve the scan card.
The drive up to the designated parking lot at level 2 was clearly stated within the instructions, the steps provided by the landlord / management of the unit were all very clearcut and easy to follow, we only wished that the QR was sent to us quicker.

I only received the QR code when I am already happily within the confines of the rental unit 10 minutes prior to the QR code being sent to me via WhatsApp.

The unit was alright, very minimally decorated but it is fine, every necessity was provided for and we were thankful for that. My gripe with the unit was that, all 3 of us which resided in the unit felt itchy the very next day upon staying over.

I do not wanna come up with accusations, but 3 of us that have no allergy issues and slept on different beds within the unit all woke up with rashes and itchiness. Perhaps maybe the bedsheets were infested with dust mites? No idea.

We then quickly checked out 1 day earlier than our full 2 day stay as we do not want to risk sleeping another night and be affected by the rash and itchiness which befell upon us within that unit.

In short, the unit was alright, the sleep in there wasn't. Its a miserable stay !!!

Try to avoid staying at this condo. Lift not working properly, and gymroom need to book for slot in order to use.

The unit is a 2-bedroom apartment located at 17th floor with city view. The instructions provided by the host prior to check-in were clear and explicit. The unit was very comfortable and clean, equipped with interior appliances such as washing machine, refrigerator and microwave. WiFi connection was great too.

Affordable and worth the money since I stayed during weekdays. The price might expensive for public holidays and peak season. Overall I am very satisfied.

My review is on the rented condo unit which we were happy with all the comfort provided. All the condo unit facilities were all in good working condition with mininal furnished which suited and meet our overnight stay of 4 pax.
Access to the condo was made easy with the instruction issued by the landord .Typical of condo living that parking lot has been allocated hence be mindful when u park at the right lot.
Though the security was tight but made to safeguard the residents and guests.
Love the location of the condo located near the Strait of Melaka ( reclaimed land and you can see the big ships anchored near by. A beautiful sight when night fall.
Condo is located within few minutes drive to all the food outlets and above all to the retail RM2 shop for your immediate overnight needs.
A peaceful place to rest before we embark into our next journey.
The condo overnight rate was 👀 and a sure welcoming for our next visit to the historical town of Melaka.
