I recently visited this café and overall had a pleasant experience. The dessert selection is attractive, though I found the pricing for the cakes slightly on the higher side. The tiramisu, in particular, did not fully capture the traditional flavor profile of a classic tiramisu; however, it was still enjoyable. Its subtle sweetness and light texture made it satisfying without being overly rich or heavy, which is a plus for those who prefer a more balanced dessert.

The coffee was truly the highlight of my visit. It was well-prepared, flavorful, and surprisingly affordable considering the quality. It perfectly complemented the desserts and added great value to the overall experience.

The ambiance of the café is exceptional. I would rate the environment a full 5 stars for its cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for both casual catch-ups and quiet work sessions.

In terms of service, I would give 4 stars. The staff were friendly and approachable, but I did notice some moments of loud conversation among the crew, which slightly disrupted the otherwise calm setting. A touch more professionalism in maintaining the serene atmosphere would elevate the service experience further.

Great coffee, using linkbar for milk foam and it works great! Smooth and balanced. Another good spot for coffee in Bintulu worth trying. Relatively reasonably priced.

Found another spot to have my Dirty latte. Tastes great - for that price it should be (and it is). The CAS background music; I should rate 6 stars.

Drinks were okay but at this price range really wish they were served in glass/ mugs for dine in. Too much plastic waste and microplastic in body. In terms of flavour, when they first opened, the dirty latte was really good and buttery. Subsequent visits no more. Become slightly diluted. Maybe needs more better qc, not sure. Nice and clean space and really friendly staff.
