Come to spa with my husband tapi staff “trick my husband by saying.. “oh kalau urut kena 90 mnt” bcoz we book for 60mnts only. Apa maksud dia mesti 90mnt Kalau MESTI, xda la option 60 mnt sana, and my husb ckp go ask my wife sbb dia yg belanja.. dan dia keluar dan ckp dgn sy “husband puan mau 90mnt” Seriously Sy abit tekejut jgk sbb husb bukan jenis yg demand2.. ikut saja apa sy book.. jd sy ikut saja sbb dia ckp husb yg mau.. (padahal dia tipu husb kena 90).. sy tau lepas habis sesi suda keluar spa baru sy tnyA husb knapa request 90mnt.. dia ckp bukan dia request, staf tu ckp kena 90mnt (ya my husb naive). Tp x patut staf ckp mcm tu, kalau dia bgtau awal2 dia suggest sy boleh terima, ini dia ckp mcm tu sy kecewa. Will not come again.

I dont know how they get 5stars, but what a waste of time and money.

I specifically asked for a strong messeus twice (on the phone during booking & when i walk in) and still got someone inexperienced and soft. Maybe that’s all they have?

I do not often post reviews, let alone negative reviews. But i just had the worst massage ever. My masseur was yawning as he massaged me, and using his phone as well, sometimes just massaging me one-handed.

He was exceedingly inconsistent with the massage, often just going through the motion, and he didn’t even care if it targeted the right muscle or not. He’d massage my left side, and then do something completely different on the right side.

When he did stretches (it was a Thai massage), he’d forcefully pull until there was a crack. If there wasn’t, he’d keep trying harder. Honestly, I did not feel safe there at all and I was especially worried when he stretched my neck.

I now have a headache post-massage and I can definitely say that experience was not worth the premium price I paid for a massage chain experience. I have been to many massages before and it is with great regret that I have to say this was hands down the worst I have ever come across.

Hi! We booked two 60-minute shiatsu massages and another half-hour massage for our son, and it was a great choice. We'll remember this Kota Kinabalu spa for a long time. Fabulous service at a good price. We highly recommend it. We're from Spain.

The place was clean, and as expected, the session began with a relaxing foot wash. I chose a Thai massage with a male therapist since I prefer strong pressure. The massage was okay and met my expectations—though not quite on the same level as those I’ve experienced in Thailand.

The pressure was definitely strong (which I liked), but some usual techniques were missing, like neck stretches and finger pressure on the back. It felt like Thai massage with a twist—good pressure but a slightly different technique than I’m used to.

That said, the staff were professional, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a decent experience—almost there, but not quite the full authentic Thai massage I was hoping for.
