Tempat selesa sesuai untuk seisi keluarga. Dekat dengan tempat best2. Nak jalan2 ipoh boleh cuba tido sini. Bersih dan kemas.

Our experience here was just okay. The room we stayed in was very dark (one small window in the bathroom) and musky smelling. We stayed for two nights and the first night there was very loud music from a nearby club until about 2am that kept us awake, even with a noise machine. The second night there was also music but it didn’t seem to be as loud. The AC worked well, bed was comfy and it was clean.

The location of the property is opposite the bar, so it's kinda noisy. The bed sheet has a dirty stain. Water pressure is good. Parking is limited if you check in early then you got the spot. The room is quite spacious. Overall it is an average stay.

Room have used towel and used glass, not clean-up.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR LIGHT SLEEPER
it was fine for a 1 night stay. Location is near to the prime eating places. walking distance to all the famous food location.
Rooms are clean with basic amenities and spacious.
Price is quite cheap for a decent room to stay.

The only cons are:
1. the room walls are thin, i could hear the person snoring from next room and the talking loudly of other guest actually woke me up from sleep.
2. it is located right in the neighborhood with a stretch of bars, hence the noise till late night is expected.

therefore if you are a light sleeper it is not recommended.

Checked in on 22/12 into Room 3. Room has 2 queen beds and a single bed. Very nicely decorated. Aircon is cold. Toilet is clean.|But water pressure of the water heater is not strong.|Location is most suitable for drinkers as there are few outlets just steps away.|Not that conducive for family with light sleepers. |There are parking spaces available for 6 cars in the compound.

The room was nice and cozy. This guesthouse has quite decent interior although decorations used was a bit incoherent. Noisy night was not an issue for me might be because I came during MCO period. Limited private parking space provided.
