Hotel taraf 3bintang pun x pernah tambah² caj, hrga mmg exactly ikut yg agoda bagi wlupun dpt disc. Mau cancel cek in tp apa boleh buat tiada refund. Huh redaaa jak la but not for 2nd time.

This is small inn of only four rooms about a 10 minute drive from the airport. Although it is near a main road it is tricky to find without a GPS. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing an attractive environment in which to stay. The resort is well decorated with colourful moldings around the ceilings, and care has been taken in the decor. It is within walking distance of a number of restaurants that offer tasty local fare. They offer breakfast as part of the rate, but when we went down there was only white bread offered. For the next day we asked for rice and eggs, and we were offered the standard local breakfast of fried rice with a fried egg. It was basic. However, overall, I recommend this as a lovely place to stay.

Such a lovely B&B! They made us feel really welcome. The room was very spacious with a large bed and lots of space to place our luggage - we stayed in the room with King Size bed. The bed was comfortable and we had no problem sleeping - we hardly hear noises from outside the room, except for off and on dogs barking from the neighbours' house. Bathroom was very clean and contained a super power shower.||||Breakfast was delicious, cooked fresh every morning for you. Simple yet a good start for our day out to see KK!||||We loved it here and would highly recommend the B&B to all. Thank you

I stayed a full week in this lovely b&b! The owners were super sweet. You could feel that this place isn't about money, it is all about hospitality! They made sure that i had the best stay, helped me to arrange trips or took me for food.|Its situated a bit outside the town in a nice housing area where you will see no other tourists, which was so nice! But it's easy to get to the busy city center. There are shops, restaurants and food stalls round the corner. The kitchen and fridge for your use was a big plus too!|The rooms are spotless, all is brandnew.|Each room has it's nice place to sit outside. And they care a lot about the security of their guests!|Had a perfect stay!

This place is so much more than a place to stay on you holiday. This is not a money making establishment but somewhere Ben and Roz opened out of passion and the strong desire to open their heart and home to others. ||All the facilities you can dream off in an bnb are there, the bedrooms are huge, super clean and comfy. The staff is all ears and would go the extra mile to cater for your every need. We stayed for a week but wished we stayed longer.

Pro's: The space, friendly receptionist and in-room facilities is good too (my room got heater and ceramic cup to make hot drinks, with high speed internet)

Con's: There will be an extra charges for you to pay upon arrival during counter check in (RM24 for housekeeping fee, not refundable). This will not include in your deposit and room fee when you book with OYO or other booking website. Deposit RM100 + RM24 + RM70 (your room fee).

The reason for that is because "pihak hotel tidak balik modal (rugi) utk booking yg masuk dari OYO, etc. Apa yg kita bayar kt online tu cuma bg percent yg byk pd OYO, tp sgt sedikit utk pihak hotel".

Maybe that's the behind reason but I don't think guest yg baru sampai nak check in will happy or feel simpati to hear that story haha.

If you know this thing earlier, most probably this inn will not be your first choice.

Other than that (additional housekeeping cost), the inn is good.

Отель "Ben & Roz Inn" прекрасный отель для транзитного отдыха.||Находится в промзоне в 4 км от аэропорта. идеальное сочетание цены-сервиса для бюджетного ночлега. Вкусный завтрак можно заранее согласовать с услужливым персоналом. Можно приготовить еду и самостоятельно, принеся продукты с рынка или супермаркета.||С рецепшена можно заказать такси до центра за 30 ренит, а можно пройти за ближайший супермаркет и напротив продуктового рынка сесть на маршрутное такси №№ 18, 19 до центра 2 ренита с человека. Следует учесть, что маршрутки- микроавтобусы рассчитаны на микро-людей(местные азиаты миниатюрны) и останавливаются только на остановках.Можно пересесть на городской автобус и за 1 ренит/чел доехать до Jesselton Point- оттуда идут катера на острова с 9:00 до 15:30.||Персонал отеля как одна большая семья и Ты в ней себя чувствуешь так же. ||В просторных номерах есть кондиционер и вентилятор, ТВ на четыре местных канала и слабый WiFi( все ж 2 этаж). Душевая и санузел совмещены, кухня на первом этаже, там же холодильник-витрина с выделяемыми Вам полками.||Доступность центра и аэропорта, а так же соотношение цены-сервиса делают этот отель доступным и приемлемым для транзитного отдыха на острова и по округе КК.
