Sunset view so beautiful at 2nd Floor
Tidak dicadang bagi keluarga yang mempunyai anak kecil & senior citizen terutama di Ruang RSS & tangga ke 2nd Floor menyeramkan (void area). Tangga GF langsung tiada railling & tepi tangga sharp.
Parking space like normal teres house.
No water at 1st Floor specially at bathroom attached dengan laluan ke ruang RSS@bilik tidur.
Penyapu di bilik mandi all kotor dengan rambut penginap sebelumnya.
Pengudaraan di tandas/bilik mandi hanya bergantung kepada tingkap yang berada di void area (bathroom 1st Floor).
Katil tingkat atas bising bila orang diatas bergerak semasa tidur & panas sebab hawa sejuk tidak dapat dikumpul kerana bilik tidur 1st floor jadi laluan ke ruang RSS (pintu selalu dibuka dari laluan tangga & pintu masuk ruang RSS).
Ruang RSS sangat panas sebelah petang sebab matahari menembusi tingkap sebelah tepi yang hanya dipasang tirai senteng.

We had a pleasant and easy 5 nights stay with a group of 5 adults and 2 children. Some hiccups like the upper floor showers, other had only cold water and the other didn't have any water but we managed with the ground floor shower. Beds were okay for us. Overall nice stay.

NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUR FAMILY VACATION. Will not recommend this place for those who are looking for seaview homestay. The living room is super HOT because NO air conditioner installed, only the small portable aircond they provide, not close enough to make the living room warm. BED SHEETS were quite dirty and also the blaknket, not suitable to use and high possibility getting bed bugs. TERRIBLE customer service, owner tried to charge us for unacceptable cause of damage and lost items. INSUFFICIENT basic amenities, have to buy new one. Risky Parking space, only 2 cars fit. CCTV also installed in the living room, no privacy, what if your family members forgot theres a cctv then they change clothes and after shower. Not your choice of a perfect vacation.

The homestay is really cozy and neat. Got kareoke room and wifi free also.The view of the ocean is nice when the sunset goes down but there is a lot of garbage at the beach huhu. Stay at the homestay even day and night still get hot.

This was by far the worst and most disappointing homestay experience we have ever had. There was absolutely no water supply in the entire house during our stay. We were forced to use mineral water just to bathe, cook, and use the toilet. The homestay had only one water tank, which was completely empty. Despite informing the owner, we were only provided with 5 cartons of mineral water for almost 20 people — clearly insufficient, especially with young children.

Because of this, we had no choice but to rent hotel rooms nearby just to shower and use the toilets. We requested compensation and a discount due to this major inconvenience, but the owner completely ignored us and did not even offer an apology. For nearly RM800, most of our time was wasted traveling back and forth to the hotel, and our family holiday was completely ruined.

The condition of the house itself was also unacceptable. The roof was leaking badly, causing water to pool on the floors in the living room and bedrooms. We had to spend time wiping floors and placing containers to catch the dripping water, making it feel more like staying in a run-down squatter house rather than a paid accommodation.

To make matters worse, the listing falsely advertised that a swimming pool was available, but in reality, there was no pool at all. This is clear false advertising and a serious misrepresentation by the owner.

The owner was highly unresponsive throughout — I even had to chase them just to get basic check-in instructions. Considering the “luxury” price of this homestay, we expected at least a comfortable stay, but instead, we were left with frustration, stress, and deep disappointment.

❌ This property is not recommended at all. Do not stay here or you are going through the same horrible experience we did.
