The service is very attentive and friendly and the whole experience felt very private and customised.

So for this place, they can only serve 1 couple at a time, so you literally book the whole place for yourself.

The onsen is warm, but u can switch on the tap. There is a jacuzzi and also nice desserts during the onsen. The massage is very nice too! I really enjoyed the wearing of Japanese costume and taking photo! They even tell us how to pose!

Definitely a celebration-worthy experience!

We were late due to heavy rain n congestion for 10 mins + she needs to ask us to fill forms etc. hence needed to cut down the onsen time so please reach 15 mins earlier as you need to fill form, asked for whether you want to add on oil n to change before the 2.5 hrs spa starts.

There’s a “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” that’s fixed on the wall which is very very unsuitable for us as we were there for our wedding anniversary, I tried to avoid the words in the photos.

We were asked to go to another room for massage and I was awaken many times by the loud talking of customers/dropping of things right outside the massage room (no door just curtains) or else it would have been a much more peaceful and relaxing time.

And I don’t think my 1hr massage was clocked in. Very sure what time it started, only got 50 mins..

The young lady who served us is very helpful n friendly but I would only recommend this if you can be early, and no other customers outside doing manicure/peducure.

Tried out this onsen spa for the first time. Saw many videos going around and always wanted to experience it. Staff was very hospitable, kimono experience was great! Foot spa is normal but comfortable. Fell short on tea refreshments but that’s alright as that’s not our main focus. Onsen bath was good but can’t soak for too long as it can get too warm 😅. One hour massage was good and we both drifted into lala land. Package (599 ringgit for couple) includes:
- Kimono experience with photo shots
- Foot spa + cookie and tea
- Onsen bath + refreshments for 45mins
- 60 mins massage

Onsen was booked out so went for the massage and foot spa package. The kimono try-ons and photo taking was nice and the staff was very helpful.

For massage, they ask for your preferences prior. I love my masseur Wati - applied strong pressure throughout.

Unfortunately, the bright lights in the room and the privacy curtain made the experience a little uncomfortable though. Curtain didn’t feel very secure and I could see people walk past while I was getting wiped down. The masseurs (and even a staff outside) checked in multiple times during the massage on the pressure used. While I appreciate the thoughtfulness, I thought it was excessive especially when I was trying to sleep.

Overall experience was a little rushed and underwhelming. Might consider returning just for the onsen experience.

The place is clean and well-maintained, though it’s quite small-scale and not particularly elaborate. The massage and onsen were enjoyable, and the staff were very attentive. We had to request the room to be colder to make the hot soak more comfortable, which they accommodated. The food could be improved.

The RM599 package for two includes 45 minutes of onsen time, a one-hour massage, a foot bath, and a yukata experience. A thoughtful touch is the wipe down provided after the oil massage.

In celebration of our 31st wedding anniversary, we booked a couple’s package and thoroughly enjoyed the pampering session!!! The package included a foot scrub & bath, 45 mins onsen session paired with desserts, and a comprehensive 60 mins Japanese Shiatsu full body massage ♥️🥰😍♥️

Kudos to their excellent customer service 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 We were greeted by Ms Mina who was in-charge of the front reception area; she was very warm and friendly, and made our experience a very pleasant one indeed! She is also attentive; consistently checking in on us to ensure that all our needs/concerns were met with and/or attended to. She also took the effort to ensure that we were feeling relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole session.

We would also like to highly commend our two masseuses Ah Hong and Wati who really lead us into a state of deep relaxation. Our masseuses were highly skilled in targeting and alleviating our pain and pressure points, and we were left feeling
relieved of our aching and tired bodies 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The photo-taking session was also an engaging and enjoyable session; reminiscent of our wedding photo shoot ♥️

Came here for a couple massage and onsen session. Fruits and desserts were provided. Massage was good, is more of a deep tissue massage. Service was impeccable from arrival to departure. Overall, a very relaxing experience!
