Unfortunately, the worst massage I've been to. No skills and techniques. It was oiling service. The therapists here are not trained well enough to understand pressure points.

They just put oil and go in around motions using their hands very lightly.

A waste of time and money. If you want oil on your body, this is the place to go, just don't expect the massage part.

The environment is pleasant and the price is OK for me. Around RM115 for a one hour massage. However my masseuse appeared quite Junior. The technique was OK, but the pressure was below average. Overall still a good and relaxing experience.

Technique is poor. Despite several request to increase the intensity of the massage, it felt like they were just applying the oil all over my body in gentle motions. The masseuse didnt friendly at all. didnt attend proper like panggil dr jauh suruh masuk bilik. So hard to find good masseuse now.

Booked their signature massage and arrived early, had to wait for the earlier customer to end their session, so I was ushered into the room late. Therapist took her time to return to the room, session ended exactly at what would have been my allocated hour, expect for the fact that the session started 15-20mins later than my appointment time. Technique is poor. Despite several request to increase the intensity of the massage, it felt like they were just applying the oil all over my body in gentle motions. Woke up next morning with the same tired legs and body. Would have been able to relievte the tired muscles on my own with better effects. A waste of TIME and money.

Compared to my first massage at Jonker Street, H Spa was so much better. Everything was so right, right pressure points, techniques, right processes e.g. wipe your feet first and masseur washed hands before face massage and wiped my body at the end of session, right scent e.g. essential oil that clear my blocked nose, right ambience e.g. quiet, relaxing with my favourite songs. Been here for two consecutive days. The best massage I had in Malacca.

First time tried walk in for the couple spa as we stayed in the hotel for a few days. Massage have no pressure at all its basically just touching or rubbing your skin with oil only. We took the couple package massage 60 minutes but after 40 minutes already stopped the massage. Staff lazy to do job i Guess. Dont bother trying. Will never come back here again

Went to try the Signature massage on my first night in Hatten Hotel and I regretted after 10 mins. Frontdesk told me this would be medium to hard pressure massage before I went into the room. However, after 5 mins into the session, I already realized the masseur did not seem to know the pressure points and strength was 3/10 since my muscles could not even feel anything when she pressed/rubbed on the back. Anyway felt that I wasted RM 100+ after the session. Only those who seldom frequent massage places or intolerant to deep pressure massage may find it ok. Giving 3 stars because of the interior as the room felt clean and very spacious.

Best massage in Melaka! We've been several times for their signature spa massage and always had a great experience. Very clean, luxurious and with well trained masseuses!
