We had a great stay in ViiA residences. Best is to book directly on the Five Senses website as they have frequent promotions. The staff is great and responsive, I had a request for late check out and it was great to be able to arrange this directly with the Five Senses staff.|We love shopping and the location is directly to 3 shopping centre: Ecocity, Gardens and Midvally. Also next door to the LRT with very frequent direct connections to KL Sentral, Pasar Seni or KLCC. (as well as KTM trainstation). There is plenty of car park available as well.|The rooftop pool is wonderful and much larger than what it looks on the photos, it is at least 30 meters long (perhaps even 35 meters). The elevator system is fast and efficient, no waiting at all for the lift.|Facilities in the room were great, including washing machine. We would come back again! The staff was very kind, it is also possible to store luggage for some hours.

As a Senior Reviewer on TripAdvisor, I can confidently say that Viia Residence in Kuala Lumpur exceeded expectations on every front.||||Check-in and check-out were smooth and impressively quick, with very friendly customer service that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The 2-bedroom apartment was spotless – super clean and thoughtfully designed with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. All the amenities were well-maintained and clearly planned with guests in mind.||||The infinity pool was a real highlight – long, serene, and offering a stunning view of the city skyline. Perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is fantastic too – walking distance to Midvalley Mall, and central enough that major spots like KLCC, Suria, and Sunway are just 15-20 minutes away by car. ||||A great choice for families – safe, convenient, and very comfortable. Highly recommend Viia Residence for both short and extended stays in KL. Would definitely return!

We had the perfect stay here with two young children. The two-bedroom apartment is well-built with comfy beds, quality furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry machine. Facilities are excellent — rooftop pool with city views, clean library/co-working space, and a yoga deck. The location is very convenient with a covered walkway to the LRT and direct access to The Gardens & Mid Valley malls.

Reception was helpful though could be friendlier. Housekeeping staff should be better trained for etiquette, young staffs knocked repeatedly and were laughing loudly outside our door before we could answer it, nearly waking our baby. General cleanliness was well maintained, but lack attention to detail in spots like bathroom corners, sink surfaces, or leftover food on the carpet.

Light sleepers might need earplugs as the nearby LRT can be a bit loud. Overall, a cozy, family-friendly stay with great facilities and location. Will be our go-to place to stay in KL.

I had a pleasant 2-night stay at Five Senses. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always quick to respond to my inquiries. The unit was clean, and the location was incredibly convenient, with an LRT station just next door. The only minor drawback for me was the swimming pool, as it has a few sharp edges, which could be a concern for those with kids. Overall, however, my experience was very positive, and I would definitely give it a thumbs up.

Had great times spending 2 nights here! My parents really like the place, we got upgraded to a better suite 😍 so even better. The place is clean and spacious. Just be careful with the parking and refer to the specific parking space written on the card. Anyway, thank you for the hospitality! 😁

A beautiful and clean apartment. I Wish we could have stayed here more. The feel was welcoming and ambience by the pool was so peaceful and aesthetic. Farhan and Rita at the reception assisted us with late check out as our flight was after 5 hours and also during check in they couldn't find our payment on Booking.com as system was not updated but still gave us the keys to the room whilst they sorted out everything.

Disappointing Customer Service Despite High-Quality FacilitiesI recently stayed at Viia Residence, managed by Five Senses. While the physical facilities of the serviced apartment were of high quality, the customer service was severely lacking.My experience started on 6 March at 10:10 AM, when I arrived for check-in. Shockingly, the staff could not locate my reservation despite my providing a direct email confirmation from the hotel. After 45 minutes of waiting, they could still not resolve the issue. Even after calling their reservation team, no solution was offered. To make matters worse, I could not store my luggage at the property, forcing me to carry it to my business meetings.I requested the hotel contact me once they resolved the issue, but after 7 hours, I did not receive any update. Upon returning at 8 PM, I was again told there was no booking under my name. Another staff member managed to locate my reservation only after insisting further, finally allowing me to check-in.Following this frustrating experience, I sent two emails to the hotel's corporate email address (listed on their website and front desk name card), hoping for a response. To my disappointment, I never received a reply.I expected better training and professionalism from the staff for a high-end property. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I would expect at this price point. While the facilities are well-maintained, the lack of customer service and communication has resulted in one of my worst hospitality experiences. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service standards. Would I stay here again? Not unless significant improvements are made to their customer service.
