This star is only for the chalet’s external beach area. The chalet is located in an uninhabited area, separated from a cemetery by a main road. The noise from passing cars at night makes it hard to sleep.
The chalet is old and in need of renovation. It has two bathrooms: the first one is outside the chalet, dirty, with a door that doesn’t lock and a sink that spills water at your feet when used. The second one is inside the bedroom, and it’s just as bad—the door also doesn’t close, and foul sewage odors come from it, waking you up from any light sleep, if you manage to sleep at all. The door creaks loudly and wakes anyone who might be asleep.
The second room has three beds, a kitchen, and a sitting area, but it’s extremely cramped. Overall, the chalet is dirty, filled with dust in various places, and has very low water pressure in the bathroom. You’ll also be sharing the space with other creatures like geckos, ants, and cockroaches. It is absolutely not worth the price, and I do not recommend it.
One more thing: don’t be misled by the pool photos. It’s of poor quality, filled using a garden hose, and its wooden edge is broken. A wooden splinter even got into my daughter’s foot because of it.
I left the chalet after only one night, although I had booked it for six. When I contacted the property owner to refund part of the amount, he refused—even though I suspect he rented it out again during my booking period after I informed him I would not return due to its filth.

هذه النجمة للشاطئ الخارجي للشاليه فقط. يقع الشاليه في منطقة غير مأهولة، يفصله عن مقبرة شارع عام، وتمنعك أصوات السيارات من النوم مساءً.
الشاليه قديم وبحاجة إلى ترميم. توجد فيه دورتا مياه: الأولى خارج الشاليه، وهي تتسم بالقذارة، وبابها لا يمكن قفله، كما أن المغسلة تسكب المياه تحت قدميك عند استخدامها. والثانية داخل غرفة النوم، وهي مثل الأولى بباب لا يغلق، وتفوح منها روائح المجاري التي توقظك من غفوتك إن استطعت النوم، كما أن الباب يصدر صريرًا عاليًا يوقظ من استطاع النوم.
الغرفة الثانية تحتوي على ثلاثة أسرة ومطبخ وصالة، وهي ضيقة جدًا جدًا. الشاليه إجمالًا متسخ ومليء بالغبار العالق في أماكن متعددة، وضغط المياه في دورة المياه ضعيف جدًا، وتشاركك فيه حيوانات أخرى مثل الوزغ والنمل والصراصير. هو لا يستحق القيمة إطلاقًا، ولا أنصح به.
شيء آخر: أرجو ألا تنخدعوا بصور حوض السباحة، فهو من النوع الرديء، يُعبأ بخرطوم زراعة، وسطحه الخشبي مكسّر، وقد دخلت شظية خشبية في رجل ابنتي بسببه.
غادرت الشاليه بعد ليلة واحدة فقط، رغم أني كنت قد حجزت ست ليالٍ فيه، وعندما تواصلت مع صاحب العقار لرد جزء من المبلغ رفض، علمًا بأني أشك في أنه قام بتأجيره خلال فترة حجزي بعد أن أبلغته أني لن أعود للشاليه بسبب قذارته.

The best homestay in Penang island, was so wow, really huge house so comfort nothing to complain there is tiny problem with the bathroom but have been settel by the admin Mr.Haris and homestay in-charge Mr.Kumanan, both of them so friendly and kind. My entire team love this homestay plus we have fix if there is next Penang trip this is the place we will check in for sure 😊😊😊
