GAIA Hotel?
It's a hotel to many but
a HOME to us! Why?

The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, caring and helpful.

The manager, Mr. Ravi went the extra mile to assist us whenever we needed help.

One fine day, the gale force winds brought down trees, power cables and roofs.
Our car plate also flew off, nowhere to be found. 😱

Mr. Ravi asked his brother to get the plate done for us. His brother even came to the hotel to fix it with no extra costs.
Our appreciation to both of them.

Extremely impressed with the towels and bedsheets in the hotel which smelled fragrant and clean.

Will definitely recommend to others.
A hotel and a second HOME to us! 😘

Hotel avec un fort potentiel. Le personnel est à l'écoute et très accueillant. Ils sont aussi de bon conseil pour les visites/restaurant au alentour. D'ailleurs il y a de très bon restaurant juste en face qui font des plats excellent.
La chambre, les serviettes, le lit et les draps étaient propre et ils sont de bonne qualité.

First the positive aspects about the hotel:
The bed was clean and without stains, as were the towels.
The floor and the grounds were also clean.
The staff at reception is very friendly.

Unfortunately there are quite some negative aspects as well:

The hotel probably had a rebrand and for good reason (previously: "New Hope Inn"; can still be found on Google).
The rooms were obviously once smoking rooms, all plastic parts were very yellowed, this only happens through smoke.
There was also a smell of smoke when the air conditioning was turned on.
I would recommend against using the air conditioning as it is obviously not cleaned and could pose a health risk.
The ventilation in the bathroom is also in an unacceptable condition, as is the bathroom in general. (Broken toilet, mold on the sink)

The room is very small, which was fine with our backpacks, but you can't open a suitcase on the floor.

At night it is very hot on the second floor and the nearby street is noisy.

It's a shame as the entrance area has obviously been renovated, but there has clearly been too little investment in the rooms.

We would not recommend this hotel.

Phòng rất chật. Bù lại rất sạch sẽ và yên tĩnh. Nhà nghỉ sát bên đường gần trạm xe bus có thể di chuyển đến bất cứ đâu trong thành phố. Chúng tôi có một kỳ nghỉ tết rất tuyệt vời ở phòng 208.

The good reviews are FAKE

WORST HOTEL EVER. gave us sheets with stains so we asked for a clean set. Ended up with another set of STAINED SHEETS. It's the bare minimum and they can't provide CLEAN SHEETS. The stains are extremely suspicious and gross 🤢

And I'm nauseous writing this but there were pubes on one of the sheets that they gave us. Eventually we gave up and went to another hotel without a refund and just burned our money cause it's a health hazard staying in that place

This was a cheap hotel, with no meals included.|However, it was clean, the room was no frills with a bathroom, both ok.|We were in a front room, so had some noise from the road outside at night|However, if you want a cheap hotel in a good location (there is a bus stop 25 m away), this is a good place.
