The service and food were excellent. I brought my clients from Japan for food testing as we are planning company dinner party. Ms Kanaga and Mr Charley were very helpful and professional. The head chef Mr Anthony cooked beef so well and tasty. We confirm our event at Sigi's. Thank you to the team!

We had a special family birthday celebration for my husband’s 50th birthday tonight at Sigi’s. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. Attentive to our needs and kindly helping our children find food and experiences to keep the entertained during our dinner. We booked at 6pm and enjoyed happy hour. The food was delicious, nourishing and varied to all tastes. We were able to spend plenty of time enjoying each others company.

Visited the outlet on 22nd March, dinner. Very good service provided by the F&B team especially Balan. A sudden light rain was well managed by the team. Live singing sets the tone and mood for the evening. We had ribeye and it was good. Thank you Balan and team!

What a wonderful experience. Mom celebrated her 83yo birthday here. The manager, chef and every single one of the staff was accommodating, hospitable and professional in conduct.

The set up was beyond our expectations with arrangements of the table, linen, dining set up. Food was really good…quite surprised that a combination of local and Italian cuisine suited the guest pallets… n they were so good!

Thanks for adding additional coolers when it got warm.

Far out… one of the best locations to hold a get together or party… mom, relatives and friends truly enjoyed the experience.

Delicious food and great service at Sigi's Bar & Grill! We had a lovely meal, but a quick note to future guests—be sure to let the staff know about any allergies or dietary preferences before ordering. My partner had an unexpected allergic reaction to walnut in the complimentary bread, but the team handled it amazingly. Big thanks to Charles and the staff for their swift, caring response and for making sure we were well looked after. Would definitely come back!

Came for dinner for our wedding anniversary, and was touched when Ms.Kanaga n her team came with a surprise cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary. So sweet. Food was great, Awasome service and and romantic environment! ❤️

I would give best compliments to the staffs as everyone of them serve with energy & enthusiasm especially Ms Ni Ni who are always there even busy; she will ensure things are in order especially we have young toddler .

-Service: great service, the staff speak good English, are attentive and act very fast no complain at all

-Food: disappointing overall. The soup and pizza were abysmal, the grilled chicken and fish were good, salad were ok. But overall I expected better from a Shangri-La restaurant

-Atmosphere: good view of the beach, my seat had water from air con condensation dripping on me but staff were quick to arrange for new seats for me. Overall passable and again it was the fantastic staff that created the relaxing environment to dining in, knowing that you will be well taken care of
