stated one room 1-5 pax so we (4 people) booked one, but they only provided two mics? despite having so many mics on counter, they wouldn’t provide us extra. one mic was out of battery, screen was faulty to click on, music were super soft even with the loudest setting. not to mention the price spiked up super high compared to the photos that was provided on google. do NOT come here especially if you’re from KL, there’s so many better options and it really doesn’t hurt to wait a couple days to go back down and sing. the new waitress was super nice though.

Honestly, would rate it 0 stars if I could. The system is okay, however, attitude of the staffs at the counter is a turn off. Also, room ktv system turns off even before the time we step into the room to sing. A no go for me during my next trip to Genting.

Staff attitude was super bad. Receipt was printed & room started to time even before we settle payment. By the time we chose the drinks choices & proceeded to the room, it was already 10mins past our stipulated time. This resulted us losing 10mins as system was shut on time from the time receipt was printed & not after payment settled. Super turned off, especially when we tried to talk to the staff & the attitude he gave!

最好的VIP房卻很陳舊，不知道當初設計師怎麼想的，前後兩排座位，大概可以坐二十個人，佔據整個房間，幾乎沒有活動的空間，是用來開會？

KTV is ok but the counter girls are extremely rude. No smile and criticism us rudely of bringing food into the room. She could have inform us that food is not allowed. She even demanded us to leave it at the counter. Worst service ever. She should be fired.

Good spot to hang out for a bit while chilling in Genting.
The studio room is more affordable (less than 5 person) and there's option of 1, 2 and 3 hours to choose from; the more hours
the slightly cheaper it is per hour. Free a jug of drinks.

Songs selections is decent and the devices works well.

Didn't had any food here.

Go up
