Amboi best tak patut! Bercuti untuk rileks rileks sangat best. Water pressure ngam, air panas, perkakas untuk memasak, dapur gas, bilik air bersih, towel, mini peti ais, cuma tongkat ali punya chalet kena panjat tangga sikit untuk ke bilik. Tangganya sempit dan hanya nampak view forest.
Jalan menuju ke tempat penginapan tu agak berbatu, tiada jalan tar. Kalau pakai kenderaan yang lowered, redha ajela….
Boleh call care taker sebelum sampai digate takut line call tak kuat, care taker akan tunggu dihadapan gate dan bawa ke unit masing masing.
Line coverage phone juga ada!

Tempat : Sgt menarik dan unik, berkhemah atas pokok.
Kebersihan : Terbaik (bilik, sekitar kawasan sangat bersih.
Kemudahan disediakn : Pinggan mangkuk,periuk belanga,dapur,tong gas,tempat bbq, semua ada disediakan dgn keadaan yg sgt baik dan bersih.
Tarikan : anak sungai air terjun yg cantik terjaga. Alam semula jadi yg terpelihara. Permandangan berkabus yg cantik (waktu pagi)
Servis dan layanan : Pemilik sangat mesra dan sedia melayan permintaan.
Ini kali kedua sy menginap bermalam di sini dan pasti dtg lagi. Sy sgt mengsyorkn utk dtg di sini.

Bilik forest view villa hut, paip bocor menitik2 banyak atas katil tengah malam 2 pagi, kami tak boleh tido katil baasah, katil kayu lembut terpesong, tapi serius bocor tu kamingan boleh tido.. staf friendly but management please take action to repair, bayar mahal kan bilik..

A great stay at the Tree top chalet with a gorgeous view of the forest - a family of dusky langurs was right in front of the balcony when we checked in. Surrounded by forest, with some small rivers, the place was quiet and peaceful - perfect for a quick escape from the hustle and bustle. The chalet had everything we needed - clean and comfortable, equipped with fans, cooking utensils, toiletries, water heater etc. Especially loved the outdoor balcony and dining area. There are some small trails around the area - but be careful of leeches. Jason, who checked us in, was friendly and responsive, and check out was quick and painless. We would visit again.

Located away from the city, in a private property as this retreat is gated and guarded. Only those who rented the unit, allowed in.
I had extremely great time spending my weekend here, away from the city, the smell of the forest, sound of the waterfall, birds, monkeys and all lives in the forest.. absolutely amazing

We cooked day and night, thanks for the gas!

Water pressure is high and cold, I love it!

Room is clean, cozy and super cold at night!

Highly recommend this to those nature loversss!

I’m honestly at a loss for words to fully describe how happy and satisfied I was with this place. From the moment we arrived around 6 PM on a rainy evening, everything exceeded expectations. Ah Ming, the caretaker, warmly welcomed us and guided us to the Tongkat Ali chalet. Right after check-in, the rain stopped, but the cool, refreshing weather stayed throughout the night — it was perfect.

The chalet was clean and well-equipped with all the basic amenities. They even provided thoughtful extras like umbrellas in case of rain, a first aid kit (handy for potential leech bites), a walking stick for the Gibbon Walk, insect spray, and more. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort.

This retreat offers a charming, semi-camping experience — you get the outdoor feel with the added comforts of a proper bed, private bathroom, cooking equipment, and utensils. Around 10 PM, we ran out of charcoal and messaged the caretaker. He responded quickly and brought us an extra pack for an additional charge. The next day, we requested a late check-out at 1 PM, which they kindly accommodated for extra fee.

Everything about our stay felt easy, cozy, and well taken care of. I’m already thinking about when I can return! Just a heads-up — be cautious of leeches if you're planning to explore the Gibbon Walk or head to the rock pool. Other than that, everything was top-notch

We booked the Forest View Villa Hut and Mountain View Villa Hut for our stay. The customer service was excellent ,they provided very helpful information and patiently answered all my questions before our trip. Especially we have one old folk with us.

The villa huts were clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The views were fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the friendly house dogs, too bad we didn’t bring more meat to treat them!

The caretakers were wonderful and made sure everything was in order throughout our stay. Honestly, there’s nothing to complain about. Our family and our furkids had a great time, and we look forward to visiting again!
