This stall selling various foods, Yong Tau Fu is their signature, except this still have soya milk, traditional soya pudding, soup noodles, dry noodles, curry noodle, pork leg rice, shrink wrap Yong Tau Fu and many local snacks etc... Their Yong Tau Fu itself is quite nice with a price of RM1.70 per piece considered worthy. Clear soup is over salty and MSG. Both Curry soup and dry noodles are acceptable. Average food quality wise is not bad. About services there are rooms to improve especially local staff. Attitude for foreign staff is even better. Cashier said their operation in 24 hours, not sure about this. By the time I visited it was nearly 12am, the staff said it was going to close soon.

food is ok, came at night and they almost close 11am
Not much choices in bentong at night .
Doesn't have much food left so just took some yong tao fu yong liu.
Soup a bit salty
Easy to find parking at night but not day time

Battle of Curry in Bentong 3.0

Note: I notice that there is one place with the same name in SS2.

Another favourite place of mine to eat curry CCF is this Little Bentong Street Hainanese Cafe. The counter is in front of the main street where one picks the ingredients and ask them to cook.

They do sell curry mee on top of CCF so possibilities are limitless. The "Liew" are also quite a lot to choose from which is appealing to me as I love variety. Since they also serve curry mee, I asked them to include cockles together with my bowl of stuffed ingredients doused with curry broth.

Or ask them to serve the ingredients separately depending on the type - fried or submerged in clear broth.

The curry broth is one of the better one, probably on par with Yuan Kie & Bentong's Kopitiam.. but I didn't like the fact that they allow (or lack of enforcement) people smoking in the dining area.

Toilet are bit far from here.
Food and service are good. Must try the wan tan mee, curry mee and their famous yong tao fu.
Coffee is also good.
Will come again for the next visit in bentong

This place serves local Bentong food. Quite impressive in terms of the tastes. The menu was exhaustive. The only minus point about this place was the impoliteness of the big-sized guy who took order/cashier. He was shouting and swearing openly causing discomfort among others 🤦🏻‍♀️. This shop is patronised by locals as well as visitors. Worth to give a try if you haven’t been here.
