Pekerja melayu mmg krja trpkse ke apa....saya order online guna app...dah nmpk ada pelanggan tnya la nk pick up ke apa..ni masing2 mcm tunggul..padahal saya punya dh siap dh..tu Pon diorg snyap jer...kita pulk nk kena check sendiri....buat krja pulk main hempas2..klau x suka krja sana berhenti..muka dh la kerek tgk org mcm pengemis...aku beli air pakai duit aku..x mntk org Pon...services mmg out..x nk kasi bintg tp kena jugk bagi 1....klau boleh pengurusan tgk2 la skit pekerja tu....dh mcm apa dh...menyakitkan hati..yg pekerja lelaki kat sana bagus...rajin tnya...perempuan out berlagak

Worst everlah aku tunggu situ dua2 staff dia buat dek je sebab busy buat order ,staf dua2 in training tehegeh2 baru nak rujuk manual nak buat order at least say something la bukan sidai customer tunggu ,lagi satu letak la sornag staff yg dah expert ini 2 staff training order bertimbun lembab nak mampos

Staff kurang hajar..dah la tak greet customer, lepastu bgtahu tak nak gula..yg staff laki diam je ye..lepastu staff perempuan buat keja hempas²..last² minuman tu dorang letak gula..bodoh eh korang kalau tak nk keje jgn keje hanat..nyusahkan org buat muka mcm antat sgt...tealive please takenote eh buang je staff bermasalah..

I had an experience of buying drinks here twice and it was a very bad experience by the employees (Malay girls) who work here. The poorly service I ever experienced it seem like I'm was a beggars begging for a food. The recent incident where I waited at the counter to make order for more than 5-6 minutes and all these 4 Malay female workers did not notice my presence, they chatted and laughing while trying to being busy even I'm the only customer who are waited in the counter. They're pretend to cleaned up the kitchen while gossiping. FYI, this branch was just a small set-up booth inside the petrol pump shop (See pictures attached) and extremely impossible they didn't noticed I'm was waiting in the counter. I screamed loudly to get their attention, then 1 of the 4 employees come with the ugly faces impression while taking order. Adviced for the Branch Owner, please monitor your employees with this kind of rude, lazy and unpleasant service and it reflects the company image. Ask them just stay at home and married to a Bangladeshi. Don't waste other people emotions when visited your branch to chill out with a good drink but have to faced with unpleasant service experience dealing this stupid Malay girls behaviour. Thanks

Their service very bad and the staff rude. Customer stand there more than 5 min and asked for order their staff also ignore me. Pls provide more training for how to serve the customer.
