I had my first visit to this spa today for a signature massage. Great massage and nice ambience as well as clean environment. Just one thing,perhaps you can educate your masseur to respect your customers. The masseur that I was assigned which I believed Siti kept saying that I am 'big' during the massage session.She also said that I look way older than my age ,and she asked for my weight and etc which I don't think is necessary.Other than that the spa is recommended!

We came to Mind and Body Spa with high expectations with strong recommendations from 2 friends who had excellent experiences and know the owner. We bought a package as it offered a great value. The 2 hour massage and facial (for wife!) was exquisite! I left the spa totally refreshed and feeling light as air. The facilities are immaculately maintained and had a peaceful ambience to enhance the entire experience. The staff were so friendly and attentive and everybody observed all COVID protocols and best practices. A truly uplifting experience and already looking forward to returning next week for another session!

I visited the store for the first time during my trip to Malaysia. The atmosphere was excellent and not only that, but the results of my facial too. I can only recommend their services!

Next time I fly back, I will definitely come back for another session.

Went there for a 60mins relaxation body massage. Did not put high expectation since it is first experience being there, however I was greatly impressed by the service of my therapist, Peggy. The massage strength is above my expectation. The environment is comfortable and clean. Overall feeling is good. I would recommend this if anyone is visiting Ipoh and like to get some body treat. Definitely will visit again.

Best masseuse ever. Went with my husband . Both of us took full body package n add on machine massage as well. Staffs are too friendly and knowledgeable. Affordable too. Best experience.

Atmosphere (Great)
Located on the 2nd floor accessible by stairs. The environment is calming and insolated from the noise from main road.
The front counter service are great and Friendly.

Massage (Superb)
Service and Quality is very very good.
Massage is spot on onto the points.
You need to feel to describe the superb level.

Price (Reasonable)
At this price point, it's very reasonable.

Conclusion (5 Star)
One of the best in town.
All masseur are local thus the opening time is until 7pm. Recommend to make appointment before coming.
