Located within Island 88 Plaza Penang next to Guardian, this cosy cafe offers a variety of western and local dishes. We chose to have the Quinoa Sambal dish and Salmon salad which was delicious and well presented. Topped it up with rich creamy latte. Service was equally good. Overall, a satisfying meal!

Small quiet restaurant inside the mall, its hidden at a corner so it may be hard to notice it...had the Iberico pasta and butter cake , i really liked it ...taste and texture was good 👍 my only complaint was the meat was quite fat....probably could request for a leaner meat

Tucked away behind the more glitzy eating joints in Island Plaza you may miss Venti if you didn't set out to actually look for it. So it tends to be overlooked and was pretty quiet when we were there.
My wife tried the Fried Bihun set which came with an Americano and I had the Fish and Chips. My wife ate her lunch with relish. The coffee was good, too. However, I could not say the same for the fish and chips which was disappointing. Good portion size but the fish was poor quality. The chips weren't that great either. Frankly I've had much better in Penang and paid less. We got complimentary sweets for which we were greatful.
The owner is friendly and helpful and was even willing to warm up the bihun more on my wife's request. The welcome was friendly and the interaction was pleasant.

Got thier Venti Burger and thier kaya toast.
The Fries on venti Burger is great with its salty and crunchy enough for me.
And as the burger taste its quite unique with charcoal bun.

As the Toast the kaya jam is a little to few but the taste is great

The food portions are so measly and small. I ordered takeaway and I picked up at the restaurant, at first I thought it was leftovers!! Even my dog would still be hungry after eating!! For the price absolutely not worth. Everything was so small portion for the high price, if don’t trust me go try yourself!! (don’t waste your money)

Venti Restaurant – Visited on Saturday, 7th June. First and last time!!!

I usually don’t write bad reviews — I let average food and mediocre service slide. But this time, the experience was just too disappointing to ignore.

I asked a simple question about their Americano — whether it was made with an espresso machine, just to confirm it wasn't the pre-packed kind. The waiter snapped back,
“Otherwise, do you think it’s hand-squeezed?”
Rude, unnecessary, and totally uncalled for.
Apparently, sarcasm is complimentary with their coffee.

Staying only because I was with friends, I ordered the Fish and Chips. Asked for a slice of lemon, which never came. The tartar sauce was just... a white blob. No chopped pickles, no capers, no hint of anything you’d expect in a proper tartar sauce.

Food was forgettable, service was memorable — for all the wrong reasons.
If Venti Restaurant prides itself on attitude over hospitality, then congratulations — you’ve nailed it.
