Tempat menarik sebab tempat baru tapi management agak out sebab mostly bangla yang datang katanya baru sebulan sampai. Bila ambil airbnb kat sini, nak masuk untuk parking bnyk problem, padahal dah register kereta. Tapi katanya tidak register lagi. Tapi overall just nice. Overall the apartment is cozy. We loved the stay. The swimming pool is very basic type just meant for kids. There is a table tennis and a simple gym for guests. The apartment is clean. However after the next day os our stay, my wife's eyes was bitten by some bugs which we found at the master bedroom. Her face and eyes got swollen badly. I search online and found out that these bugs are very poisonous. I know the hotel management can't control the bugs from flying into the unit. But we as guests shouldn't suffer this kind of painful experience too. The management has yet revert me of what action should I take now.. I am writing this review so that all guests should always check their unit for these flying bugs. Other than that, this apartment is a good choice to stay. Staff are helpful and friendly too.

Pros:
Spacious interiors, modern decor, warm lighting installations
Wide window panels showcasing a clear view of the outside
Smooth marble flooring is both stylish and elegant in design
Renovated with built-in furniture and essential utility coverage
Offers access to a laundry room, pool and gym for personal use
Reception services on Level 6 operate 24/7, even way past midnight
All rooms, living room included, have both an air-con and a ceiling fan

Cons:
Dusty ceiling fans and AC units gave me a sore throat and high fever
Room service was neither timely nor well done, even after follow-ups
A stiff bed, hard mattress, and dense pillows led to back and arm pain
The absence of wall hooks or fixtures to hang clothing in the bathroom
Only one lift and four laundry machines for the entire complex of guests
Only one bathroom and no shower divider made the floor constantly wet
Non-reception staff had limited English and can be difficult for foreigners

Despite the location is a bit off, Marc co-living is excellent in the cleanliness, size of the unit. The unit is really new, the kitchen is full functioning although I just use the microwave to heat up my packed food. The WiFi is really fast. As guest, we were also able to use the guest laundry for free. The staffs are really friendly and speedy in response to perform housekeeping on request. Honorable mention must go to Azad, who is extremely helpful and friendly. He even leaves us a squeezee cleaner to sweep the water clean after shower.

1) Would appreciate a shower curtain to avoid wetting all the bathroom floor. Safety first.
2) No kettle/water dispenser
3) No microwave. There's only gas stove and pot. (Not advisable)
4) Very loud ambulance siren as we faced the main road.

Scary experience.. When i woke up in the morning, the main door was wide open. Had to quickly check through my belongings. No cctv on the walkway and no need access card to the respective floor. So basically anyone can wander to your unit.

Our recent stay at MARC Residence was nothing short of superb! The building is still fresh and new, and overall, we had a wonderful and memorable experience. Of course, there are a few small areas for improvement that we believe will make future stays even better.

First, the check-in process could be made more convenient. Upon arrival, we had to park our car outside the premises, locate the lobby nestled in the middle of the blocks, then head up to Level 6 for registration (with a refundable RM300 security deposit) to collect our unit keycard and parking access. Only after completing registration could we drive our car into the parking area. It would be great if guests could be allowed to park temporarily inside based on their booking number before proceeding to registration — a simple change that would certainly enhance the guest experience.

Secondly, since the building is still new and construction work seems to be ongoing in some areas, we faced an unexpected hiccup during checkout — the main lifts were not working on the day we were leaving. Guests had to use the bomba (emergency) lift to move between levels, which was a bit inconvenient but understandable for a new development still in its early stages.

We also encountered two more minor issues during our stay:
• The allocated parking lot for our unit was already occupied by someone else. After contacting the team via WhatsApp and sending a photo as proof, they quickly responded and advised us to park at any available lot that had their company sticker on it. It was handled smoothly and professionally.
• The WiFi password provided initially was incorrect. Again, a quick message to the team and they immediately sent us the correct password, solving the issue within minutes.

While these small flaws existed, we genuinely appreciate how fast and attentive the MARC Residence team was. Their customer service deserves a special shoutout — they were always just a WhatsApp message away and replied within seconds! It gave us great peace of mind throughout the stay. We truly felt valued and well taken care of — love it, yaa! Big thanks to the operations team for the excellent support!

Now, onto the highlights:
The house itself was absolutely fantastic — super cozy and well-equipped! It came with a refrigerator, microwave oven, portable electric stove, full kitchen utensils, a smart TV with Netflix, and was fully air-conditioned. The beds and pillows were wonderfully fluffy, making our nights extremely comfortable. Water pressure was excellent, perfect for a relaxing hot shower after a long day.

Our unit had 3 cozy bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a spacious 3-seater sofa plus an extra sofa, a lovely dining table, and everything we needed to feel right at home. The swimming pool located at Level 6, right in front of the reception, was another highlight — we enjoyed a gorgeous sunset view from the pool area.

There’s also a children’s playground, BBQ pit, washing machines, a playroom, and more amenities on Level 6 — all of which are definitely worth exploring!

All in all, despite the minor teething issues, we had a truly enjoyable stay. The price was very reasonable for what we received, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. MARC Residence is off to a fantastic start, and we’re sure it’ll only get better from here.

We will definitely be coming back and look forward to seeing even more improvements next time — hopefully with some great discounts too! We’ll be happily recommending MARC Residence to family and friends.
