Good room clean, reasonable price, family room low price. The SPACE is small but comfortable for stay for short period of time, over Hall it was a good stay, and the receptionist very Friendly

With the price I paid, I'm totally satisfied with everything, water heater in good condition, air cond running smoothly, 2 toilet paper provided with 2 small bar soap..the room and bathroom is clean, kiblat direction, beddings necessities quite comfortable. I just hope the hotel can add more details on their site, mine don't have windows but no complain since we stay for short time. Iron and drinking water provided at the stairs.

I was in Malaysia for over 20 days and this was the best hotel!!! no additional fees and fancy fraudulent taxes. lightning fast check-in...the room was clean and beautifully decorated, everything worked as it should! I recommend it to everyone!!!!

第一次来这里住，是因为看评论都说这里不错，来这里住是真的很不错，冷气+水+可充电的都足够棒👍👍👍
房间有准备2块肥皂还有衣架，超棒的😎
而且对方知道我们4个人是一家人，所以安排我们的房间是面对面的，这个让我好惊喜，还担心我们房间距离远。
唯一不满足的事，热水器那边会漏水，不够地方放自己的洗发液洗脸霜等以及没有得放厕纸还有水没办法正常排走，会积水，所以你需要用对方提供的来把水扫进洞里面

Very bad service lots of mosquitoes not hygiene at all very smelly the shower towel also very smelly end of corridor workers sleeping snoring so loudly the worker i tried to close the door but couldn’t while their room door opened very dirty smells bad coz they don’t throw all rubbish left there and dish also not washed i understand they’re working hard but honestly it’s not a good place to rest…I saw when looking for a bin but unfortunately very bad experience no soundproof door as well…i knew it’s a budget hotel but we’re paying money as well and I wonder how come the review was so good 🤦🏽‍♂️

THE HOTEL OWNER IS A SCAMNER AND A DAY LIGHT THIEF @ ROBBER. THEY LET GO MY PAID AND CONFIRMED BOOKING TO THE OTHER GUEST AND TELL ME THE BOOKING IS FULLY BOOKED AND THEN TOLD ME THE FAMILY ROOM IS LEAKING WITHOUT SHOWING ANY EVIDENCE WHEN I ARRIVED FOR CHECKING IN AT AROU D 11.55PM ON 09 APRIL 2025. THEY ASKED ME TO CANCEL THE BOOKING. WILL NEVER..NEVER ...NEVER COME OR BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN AND 1000% NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANY GUESTS. WILL LODGE A POLICE TEPORT AND CUSTOMER COMPLAIN TO THE RELVANT AUTHORITIES. FRUSTRATED AND NIGHTMARE
