今天和老妈在附近吃完饭后，考虑到那个点去海关打车可能不太方便，就决定找地方按摩放松一下。在附近发现了一家门面挺大的泰式按摩店，看评论还不错，就进去了。

我选的是男技师，老妈选的是女技师。之前在其他按摩店体验都挺好的，但这次男技师，我让他多用力，他却没什么力气。而老妈说她的女技师特别好，于是我们俩就交换了一下。结果发现，88号女技师真的非常棒！她是泰国人，特别懂力道和穴位，我想要按的地方，她一下就能精准找到，让我特别惊讶。下次如果还来这家店按摩，我一定要继续找她。

这家店的环境也特别干净舒适。如果不另外加钱做小包厢，公共区域一次也就六个人一起按摩，不像其他店里公共区域人特别多，卫生上也给人一种放心的安全感。

总之，这次按摩体验非常棒，强烈推荐大家来这家店，尤其是88号技师，绝对值得一试！

We had a good experience here. The environment was clean, well maintained and cozy.
We came at 8pm for a 1hr traditional Thai massage and opted for a private room.
It was clean throughout and cooling enough from the reception to the massage room area.
The masseuses were good. Massaged with good strength and technique and checked in on us to make sure everything was alright.
Overall we will be back again and will recommend this place to others.

Overall a good experience! The massage was great and the price is reasonable, definitely value for money. However, the lady at the counter was really rude, which dampened the otherwise relaxing visit. Would still recommend for the quality of the massage, just don’t expect warm service at the front desk.

2nd time here. hit or miss. but should a massage spa be like this? the masseuse i got was chatty with the other masseuse. she was real noisy. keep laughing and whispering. mind you our package was the most expensive thai massage with oil worth 128 for 90mins. at first we wanted just a normall massage. however receptionist told us its not available and try to sell the higher priced massage. i told my husband we can try the 1 hour and she responded that head and hands are not included which convinced us to get the 90mins. (we were skeptical why this massage is incomplete, most of the 60 mins massage is whole body one.) in the end, we decided to go for 90 mins. she gave us a couple room saying it was FOC. later we didnt know this massage is the most terrible massage in JB. pls avoid masseuse with blonde colored hair. she uses elbow/arm (radius and ulna bone) instead of thumb, never use hand at all for back, legs, arm. all throughout the massage. we tried to tell her but pretend no speak english. next is her level of hardness. i couldnt even feel her leg massage. she was just rubbing oil on my legs. i swear. i was so fed up that i started using my phone in the bed. yes its supposed to be a relaxing time for me but i was stressed up instead. i wanted to complain back there but my husband convinced me not. we finished around 11pm and neither do us dont think its worth it. me and my husband swore to ourselves NEVER TO GO BACK TO THIS SPA EVER AGAIN. PLS BOYCOTT THIS PLACE. there are many spa around jb that is more worth it. if you happened to be in this area try the one at the back of this building, much better.

This was my second visit for a foot massage, and it did not disappoint. The spa maintains a clean environment, which is always a plus. Customer service at the front desk is excellent—friendly and helpful staff. The electronic massage chair is spacious, comfortable, and spotless.

The massage itself is hard and strong, perfect for those who prefer a firm touch. If you like a gentler massage, you can easily request it from the masseur. Another convenience is the availability of Wi-Fi.

One thing to note is that parking can be a bit challenging. However, the front desk is very accommodating and will assist you with parking if you give them a call.

Overall, a fantastic experience that I highly recommend.

Tried a full body essential oil massage in Malaysia for the first time, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience.

We visited on a Saturday, and the place was fully booked. There were no private rooms available, so my friend and I had to share a curtained-off space — not even a proper room. Even though we’re both women, it still felt awkward as there was no barrier or clear area to store personal items. Everything felt rushed.

First issue: The masseuse entered the room before we had even finished changing, despite us clearly saying, “Wait, not yet.” There was no respect for privacy — our chests were exposed in that brief moment. What made it worse was the thought that male staff or other customers could have passed by and seen everything. It felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. In the future, if there’s no private room with a proper door, I will definitely avoid full-body massages.

Second issue: During the massage, the masseuses were chatting with each other. Customers come to relax, not to listen to ongoing conversations. After already feeling tense from the first incident, it was impossible to unwind. When I turned over and faced up, the masseuse lifted the towel roughly to massage my arm, and half of my chest was exposed again. Is that really necessary just to massage the arm?
I thought maybe I was being too sensitive, but my friend felt the same.

At the front desk, they wrote down our complaints and apologized, but there was no genuine concern or assurance of improvement. It felt like a place focused on quantity over quality. They probably have too many customers to care.

This will definitely be our first and last visit. Totally disappointed and speechless.

Fantastic place for massages, professional and prepared, I recommend my trusted masseuse (number 86) because she is truly good and professional. It's a shame there isn't a place like this in Italy.
