Masseur most of the time 80% using the phone while massage. That are few instances she stop massage, use both hand typing her phone. The counter guy told me is alright, i ask him, are you sure?

Did a 60min foot massage session here with my wife. Got a shock by the Google reviews (from many years back) after we made the payment, but our experience was overall pleasant. They might not be the most professional in terms of customer service (such as no hot tea or wearing standised uniform), however the massage were decently good, gave us an all around relief to our muscles. Felt very relieved after the session.

Not the best foot massage we had, but the thighs, calf and back massages were good.

按摩师迟进来&早结束护理，过程中还全程使用手机（有一位是泰国人会说流利华语比较严重），按摩按到一半还跑出去，放着我们在房间。

#那位会说华语的泰国人按摩不是正宗的哦，比较像是做暗的，因为她完全不会按，是用捏的！被捏到身体很多地方黑青

If I can rate 0 star I confirm rate. WORST WORST WORST massage I’ve had in my entire life. Opted for 60mins FULL body massage WITH oil but the therapist (lady boss I suppose) “massage” my head longer than she did on my whole body while using her phone throughout. Felt more like I paid 88RM for her to sayang my head to be honest LOLOL. Very shady and unprofessional therapists too. But if you’re looking for extra services then go ahead.

We went in as 2 couples and got separated from our partners. One therapist even insisted to my friend’s bf that full body massage must be fully naked LOLOL. Quite a traumatic experience for us as we did not expect it at all. And there were families visiting that place too.

Are the therapist blind or dumb that they can’t read the situations before they try to offer such services. I really don’t know 🤣

My boyfriend and I had a very bad experience at the Mount Austin outlet. We went for a massage session yesterday night at 10pm. I was told by a lady staff (who was my bf's masseur) that the receptionist, was going to serve me, was the lady boss (also a Chinese).

Everything was fine until when we stepped out of the place, my bf told me that he was charged 100RM for tips. The China masseur told him that its the standard practice for everyone. He was practically caught in a situation where he had to give in, else I'm not sure what the China masseur will do next to blackmail for the money.

I was served by the lady boss, and I wasn't asked for any tip at all. I was separated from my bf during the massage. My best bet is that my bf was at the losing end because he was holding on to all our belongings and he was a male.

I do not wish to pursue this issue further as it was not a big amount, but at the same time I feel that there is a need to warn all the male (not sure if this will happen to females) customers out there on some tips to not be conned.

Here are some suggestions:
1. Keep all your belongings with your female friend/family.
2. Request for a male masseur.
3. Do a voice recording throughout the session to ensure that you have proof of being conned (if you ever do).

We came here with a large group of friends and had very inconsistent standards of service treatments. 2 of our friends were treated to a foot wash before their massage begun while the rest of us were ushered up immediately. Also, some were asked to remove clothing, while some were told not to remove any clothing at all (without taking into consideration the fabric friction etc). For me, my masseuse was a Chinese lady whose eyes were constantly glued to her phone. She placed it on the bed while doing the massage for me, so obviously the massage standard was terrible and I did not feel any knots alleviated. For the guys, they were all asked if they wanted extra special services, so I guess this place earns more from such dirty practices instead of focusing on improving their service standards and consistency in providing value to customers. Would not come back here again.
