This is my first time try bali thai for my friend recommend.But i think is a bad experience today.

1.First, the therapist starting late.

2.I book 1:30pm slot to do 1hour treatment.But therapist 1:35 arrived after prepare and starting already 1:45 pm around.

3. The massage ended at 2:28pm.Didn't full with 1 hour duration even shortened.

4. The therapist did not perform the massage properly. The back was not effectively massaged. Most of the time, she was massaging the feet instead. During the process, i felt that just using aromatherpay for rubbing.

I hoped that Balithai can enhance the technical skills.
And set a timer for customers,to know the start and end, prevent the therapist being lazy.

my mum always comes to this massage parlour , we’ve been coming here for at least a year. however the last few months has been nothing but disappointing. front desk receptionist/staff has always been giving excuses that it’s fully booked. tonight we pre booked our preferred masseur at 12am & when we reached, she said the masseur we booked is only available at 1245am.. that’s not even the worst part, she gave excuses as to that she was too busy to even take down our phone number when we called to book. furthermore, customer service was terrible as she was not friendly nor welcoming at all.. instead, she justified her absurd mistake by speaking in a curt and dismissive manner. i hope the management addresses this as first impressions matter. nevertheless, the place has great ambience & great masseurs!! definitely worth a visit other than the receptionist 🙂

Please do not come to Bali Thai.
Certainly not worth returning.
My wife and mum went in for 1.5h massage.
The whole massage only lasted roughly about 1h.

Masseur had long nails and long hair which made my wife uncomfortable during the whole 1h, my wife was feeling pain from her long nails and even told her as well.

They were basically playing piano.
Not worth for the pricing as well.
Never returning again.

When it comes to massage parlors, it's either a hit or missed kinda thing. You either get a good masseuse or an unexperienced ones. For me, here is my intake on the place and experience. I would say, it's the best ones i had in Johor area.

Me, my wife and my MIL had a great massage, and each of us has a different tolerance level when it comes to strength. Overall, we had a great and relaxing massage.

My first time visiting this outlet, but I am already feeling extremely unhappy with their services. There's zero customer service here. ZERO. Even the receptionist is very unfriendly and not welcoming.

Masseur was super unfriendly, and didn't even bother to greet her customer with a smile. Only half assed the massage, and did not feel sincere at all. She just wanted to end the session early. Lazy bum!

There are better outlets in JB like Siam Oriental with more sincere masseur

And it's not cheap too. However, plus point is they have an appriopriate system to help wash your feet before massage and serve you tea after the massage session.

Wouldn't recommend to newcomers.

The environment is very good, with the atmosphere of Bali. I like the decoration of this shop, quiet, comfortable and clean. The technician who gave me the massage, No. 88, was great! Very attentive, the massage force was moderate, which made my body relax. I like her massage method, thumbs up👍

Booked for a 2hr massage, but only got 1hr45mins. It started at 9.45pm, but ended at 11.30pm. Booked for 9.30pm, but got lost as location on google maps is inaccurate, they did not update from their end of the correct location. Reached around 9.35pm, and waited 5 mins before greeted my the masseuse.

Place was very nice and clean, well kept and individual cubicles for massage were very spacious. It was not too cold, though the lights could be dimmer and soothing music usually found at other places could be playing so that customers can relax better.

The whole of 2nd floor was the reception, waiting area, foot washing area and toilet. Level 3 are where the massage rooms are located.

Masseuse was responsive when I asked for harder pressure for my massage. But for a 2hr aromatherapy, more than 1 hour was on my back alone and most of the time he was doing the same thing which is using his arm to push from my
lower back up to my shoulder blade. Maybe because there was no prompts from me, he proceeded to keep doing the same one.

Around 30 mins was focused on my legs, and that’s all. Not much variation in the massage. And felt like he was rushing towards the end of the massage to get it over and done with. The remaining few mins at the end were the standard neck, arm and back stretching.

Give the benefit of the doubt because it was towards the end of the day and he may have been tired.

First time here, and there is a promo price for first timers. Probably would not return here in future.

My shoulder and back are tensed from working at the office for long hours. I came here for their massage and felt so relaxed and recharged afterwards, slept very soundly at night. Will definitely come back!
