Repception was friendly and helpful.
WIFI speed was fast, around 32mbps.
Room was cleaned as there isn't dirt/dust on the table or the bed side counter.
Located right in the central area with close proximity to shops and restaurants.

CON
Ants were crawling in and out of the toilet drainage.
Mold around the sink needs to be removed
Same goes for the dustbin in the toilet.
Not wheelchair friendly, hotel is located at 2nd floor with no lift.

Spacious room, relatively well equipped although can provide hair dryer, and more TV channels. Bed is comfortable and clean. Pillows are of good thickness and softness. Comforter thick and warm, i had a very good sleep. Aircon is strong enough. There's a small cockroach in the washroom, but I am still fine with it.

まず、オーナーが居ない時が多くて、従業員には言葉が通じなかった(^-^;)！テラス有りも、確かにテラスはあったけど………狭いベランダだった！冷蔵庫は有りませんので、注意してください！車で行く場合は、まずはホテルの前まで行って、荷物をおろし、オーナーに何処に車をとめるかの確認が必要です！ホテルの斜め前がフェリー乗場なので、意外に人や車が多いです！ホテルの近くのレストランは8:30pm頃に閉まってしまうので、早めに晩飯を食べましょう！シャワーの水圧は普通くらいで、温水も出ます！Wi-Fiは有りますが、遅い&切れます！エアコンは効きますょ！

Stay there in Sept, as most "resort" don't entertain couples or 2 pax, we chose Hotel Tong San.||||When we arrival there we were told that we cannot park our car at merrybrown Resturant carpark (it was suggested by Tong San's staff via email that we can park there) we were not comfortable parking our cars along the roadside as there were many lorries, trucks motorbikes going up & down the busy roads infront of the hotel. We manage to secure a parking at nearby gated office. So if you are driving there please make sure there really is a secure parking for your car !||||Room was ok, if you don't mind the peeling wallpaper & some cobwebs. Toilet papers & toiletries were provided. There no hot water kettle, so if you wanna make hot drinks, you need to leave your room go to the reception area to get the hot water. Wifi was ok.||||We were restless & not able to sleep well during the night as we can hear the motorbikes passing by our hotel, we can even hear people talking downstair as the windows were not sound proof & to make matter worst the aircon was rather noisy during the night.||||This hotel don't serve Breakfast so you gotta plan for your own breakfast & your meals

We were blessed for good weather and free of crowd when we were there on Sat. The fishing village is small and nothing much to shout about. However, we enjoyed our stroll at Taman Kukup Negara as it was serene and quiet. ||||We also walked around the village and found a nice place to hangout waiting for the sunset. It was just two of us and we enjoyed spending the time together without any disturbance from others.||||Overall, its good for a day trip if you are from Johor. The seafood there was fresh but it's not cheap.

Booked hotel during day trip to Kukup. Very Clean room. Staff Friendly. Air conditioning worked. Hotel is next door to ferry port, so easy access to the coast line and the various restaurants. Kukup can get hot, dusty and busy, so the hotel provides a oasis of calm. Recommended.
