Dont bother booking this place. If you do make sure you take pictures and record yourself calling them and customer service.

The booking was not cancelled by me. There was an issue of double booking on the check in day 15 September 2024 by the host. I called the customer service and he informed he will contact me back after I gave him my personal number and inform me about the refund process. I never received a callback and I was charged even though I was not allowed to stay in the accommodation booked.

I also called the host who angrily told me there was a problem with double booking and never attempted to resolve the issue even though I was waiting in front of the property gate.

Now they are making the refund claim difficult and ask. Me to provide picture of me waiting in the rain in front of their gate.

Dont bother booking this place. If you do make sure you take pictures and record yourself calling them and customer service.
