Customer service teruk. Kaunter lelaki waktu malam muka masam sibuk dengan game. Bilik 102, Bilik berbau, pintu bilik air tersekat. Pintu bilik pun kunci selalu tersekat, kepala paip air pancut pun rosak. Memang standard hotel ayam. Pertama dan terakhir.

I rent this hotel to attend event in the hall very near to the hotel walking distance, hence for that purpose I considered location very strategic. Hotel is well maintained and staff friendly. Room is small but well designed and basic necessities provided. There are no lift but only 2nd floor so it's ok, and no dedicated parking need to use public parking, but given that the room rate is rm60, so considered very good deal.

Excellent stay as a physical handicap. The hotel has staircase which I could manage but I had luggage. They do not offer bellhop service. I arrived late and reception was closed. As I informed them of my travel delays they were kind enough to have someone for my arrival to help me with my luggage. Extremely convenient location as there is a dinner restaurant next door n a delicious kopitiam for breakfast and brunch a block down. One of my best sleeps away from home.

i booked my hotel thru booking.com site and received confirmation via email that the property was preparing my rooms(i booked 2rooms). i told them ill be check in a bit late around 8-9pm. however my car broke down 5min from the hotel so i tried call them numerous times but failed. so i emailed them and they acknowledge and said they can guarantee any parking lot for me. after chnge my tyre, after an hour plus i came to the hotel and was told my the receptionist (an indian lady) that all rooms are fully booked and they didnt aware about my request. they dare to tell me that booking.com didnt liaise directly with them and all emails communication wasn't from the hotel staff but booking.com itself.. completely screwed up!! i need to find another hotel in the middle of the night and i got lucky as i managed to find one about 5min. from fresh falim hotel!!. overall service?! bad as they shouldn't listed themself in booking.com if the cant accommodate custm request.. and the receptionist doesnt even try to help me. just say no rooms, we dun know any request. sorry, bye!

Didn't expect the room is quite old. The booking never mention is unit without window. If knowing that I would not book the room. Also a misunderstanding, the person jn charge said their bed for double deluxe is king size... We thought can accommodate our kids. End up with an unsatisfied stay there. The price not worth for that.
