The best balcony view in town
Very clean room, powerful shower pressure.

Located by the river and has a balcony to view the setting sun over the river, Room is ok for the price charged. Friendly, helpful and chatty host who speak Mandarin, Teochew and Hockien, Has a homely atmosphere and the room is clean and tidy. You will feel at home especially if you are a Malaysian or Singaporean looking for an affordable homestay. Food stalls, clam processing, river and fireflies excursion, is 5 mins walk. For those looking for a fishing village cum Kampong experience.

A unique homestay and a friendly property owner. He'll try everything to accommodate your request in a polite manner. Extreme nice chap and helpful.

The room is clean and spacious (en-suite) and what you get for the asking price with basic amenities ie TV, WiFi etc, below RM100 during my stay.

The view is superb during Sunrise and Sunset. Go to the balcony for your pictures. Recommended for couples and vacation on a budget. Walk further down the road (on the right of this homestay and you'll find many reasonable seafood restaurant). Parking though is an issue if you want you car within your sight (car lovers) otherwise, not a big issue as you could park further down the road, adjourning this property.

Get your dried seafood supply in Kuala Sepetang. It's cheap. Pay a visit here and you won't regret it. Cheers.

No regret about booking this place. Very friendly staff and can arrange some tours for the guest. Very clean and nice atmosphere. The view from the balcony is so peaceful. Feel like a home. Homely Environment. 110% the best 👌 👍 😍

La chambre au bout du couloir est très chaude, même avec les fenêtres ouvertes.
La vue est très belle, il y a un petit balcon très agréable.
À disposition du café et du thé.
Dommage, la famille n'est pas très locace

Great view, nice owner. I got a private car park also. Whole day you can visit Kuala Sepetang. Very close to Kopitiam and famous curry mee store (Just walk 3 mins can reach). At Kopitiam usually got people sell ship travel to fish farm, plus eagle feeding, fishing village. Good activitities for whole day. I even first time seeing 射水魚《Ikan Pancut Air》showed by fish farm boss Ah Pin. Great adventure and experience for kids also. Value for Money trip for sure. ❤️

Very nice place with clean rooms. Room no. 4 is fantastic with the best view.
It is close to the bridge to the other side where you can do a small walk in the old fisherman village. Close to good restaurants and 7/11 and grocery shops.
We stayed an extra night because we liked it so much.
There is hot water for shower. The beds are comfortable and the AC is very powerful.
There is a small “kitchen” with a water boiler and some cutlery and plates and a big fridge with freezer.
And it is close to a very nice mangrove forest where you can do a short hike.
