Thai Oasis Family Wellness Centre 真的是个宝藏好地方！环境非常干净卫生，让人放松又安心。这里的技师都是正宗泰国师傅，手法专业、到位。

现在不需要飞去泰国，在 Sitiawan 就能享受到道地的泰式按摩，真的太方便了！无论是放松身心，还是舒缓酸痛，强烈推荐来这里体验一次！👏

Place is very nice and clean. Masseuse were very good and professional. Have only been here twice and only tried foot massage and neck and shoulder massage. Will definitely come here whenever balik kampung.

Highly recommended. Please make sure you book in advance.

Very good massage and reasonable price. I did 2 hours Aromatherapy massage. Should have listen to the Receptionist to try Deep Tissue Massage or I should opt for the other 1 hour Thai Massage since the masseur is very skillful and experience. I've did alot of massage in other places before, but I can tell that the service provided by the masseur so far is the best. Environment is very clean and I like they separate the male and female room on different side. Will return to experience it again. Keep up the good work.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staffs, the ambiance, the cleanliness, generally are very welcoming and warmth.
I bought the package because my mother and I enjoy massage.

However,
Every time we went, we are always not satisfied with our masseurs.
At points I have to tell my masseur what and how to do.
I travel alot, I do massage in any country that I visit and I know very well what is a very good massage.

One time, my masseur finish even before time and took so long to come back when she left. The management did compensate to me, but just imagine how many customers may not actually look at the time and paying more than they should.

Recently, I received message on my available balance which will be expiring.
I wanted to use the balance and just top up any amount according to the service, and I was not allowed to do so.

After emailing back and forth, still no positive response. One point they did not even reply to me.
They “encouraged” me to top up minimum of RM200 to utilize my balance just because the system does not allow it.

System are made by human, I am sure there is a way of arranging something.

I swear I don't see any difference but just to keep ‘tying’ us with your selfish sales and marketing. It may be a small amount of balance, but how many customers may not want to continue their package and how much does Thai Oasis gain from all these burn money that we can’t utilize?!

I am very unhappy and will never come back nor will I recommend this place to anyone!

Received response from ThaiOasis to reach out to the feedback team, I did.
It has been 3 weeks since, and no response. As expected.
