We had a very lovely stay here. We stayed on the 32nd floor with a great unblock seaview. The house is really nice for 6 of us. The eatery is just across the road. What's more you can ask for?

Overall just nice, bear in mind kawasan ni sangat padat, susah nak cari parking untuk short visit, but since i spent a night here, i would say it is quite an easy process for visitors to park here, but must need to prepare in cash rm20 per day and paid to the guard upon entrance.

Houses are nice. Guards are helpful. Only the parking is quite hard to navigate because too many corner and sometimes a few corners does not have any sign.

3星左右吧。价格对上去新加坡感觉价格偏贵。是方便楼下吃喝买需求但很贵，要吃美食还是要驾车出去。华人比例不太多
