Service staff ni tak mesra langsung. Mcm mintak maki je, ingat ya orang datang gym pakai duit. Especially dekat counter tu, senyum sikit. Muka the real malas layan dan betul betul nak duit. Service hampeh, same je semua chinese boy yang kurus pakai spec & malay girl same. Korang gaji lambat masuk ke ape, dahla org stress datang gym nk bantai besi. Kang bantai engko baru tahu. Dah tegur haritu, endup muka mcm anti terus. Even rm10 walkin tp berbayar ya, bukan FREEE.

If you come from Penang or KL and need a walk in gym in Sungai Petani that has a locker and shower facilities, this is the closest gym that meets that criteria.

Despite some reviews saying the front staff was not friendly, the front staff this time was good, explaining what are the costs for walk in, how to use the equipments, the protein shakes on offer and even ordering food at a cafe nearby (though I don't see the cafe signboard around the area...?).

At the time of writing (20 April 2025), per entry costs RM14 for cash payment and RM10 for ewallet payments.

The gym equipment is plenty and relatively well maintained for its price. I mean the handles are still sticky but hey, at least I still get to work out with most of the machines. They have the courtesy to inform that some of the machines are not working.

The gym is not air conditioned but it is not stuffy.

Minus one star because of the sticky handles and some of the cardio machines not working well. Parking is a minor problem too as the available parking is in a dark area, if you are insecure about things like that.

1. The music doesnt match the gym environment. For example, they play Malay and Chinese songs that are not suitable. It would be better to play international songs - energetic/ R&B songs. (NOT all chinese people in the gym).

2. Dumbbells are everywhere, and the bars are dusty. However, I noticed one indian staff who is very hardworking. He always arranges the dumbbells, plates, and benches properly. I really like him. Please hire him back.

3. As shown in the attached photo, a light fell and was left scattered for a few days, but NO ACTION was taken. It can cause glare and be dangerous during workouts.

4. The female toilet has been smelly for many days.

5. Last but not least, please train the staff to be more welcoming to customers. Most of them just mind their own business.

Despite the absence of air conditioning, the gym boasts a comprehensive range of equipment. From weights to cardio machines, they’ve got it all!

They have offer this month. So two of us only paid RM 10 for the entrance.

Shower rooms available here. I will come back next time 😊👍🏼❤️

Quite a clean and well equipped gym. The first impression is quite comfy and friendly staff. They have in-house trainers walking around to provide necessary guidance and a motivation “push” when needed. Only negative comment is that the place is bit small and most equipments gotta squeeze together, and difficult to walk around.

Rm8 per entry. Fully fan on no air con. Collaborate with other shop to Have poke bow l. Not crowded. Located in third floor. Has bathroom. Ok spacious. Kind staff.

The workers are not really friendly especially the Chinese guy with a spectacle. Not welcoming and non friendly. And the music is quite boring too. A gym suppose to be like a hype place for workout not like a library.
