The reception guy wearing red colour shirt accused me for paying lesser then the actual amount. I already told the guy,I have paid the right amount. His replied is rude and said No to me and asked me to paid. I will told, I remember that I paid $20 x 3 pieces and $100 1 piece. Should be correct. After a few mins, he came and apologized to me and said the amount that I paid is correct. He told me to enjoy my massage. I told him,is too late and you already spoiled my mood. I will never come back to this outlet. This is the worst service that I received from health land.

The massage was fine. But the front desk was not.

I wanted to share my recent experience with the front desk, who I believe was named Apple. Upon arrival, I was immediately asked if I frequently get massages and if I wanted to purchase a package. I politely mentioned that I only come occasionally and wasn’t interested in a package. I then requested a standard 1.5-hour massage.

I noticed there were three different price options displayed (photo attached):

1. Before SST - RM 148
2. With SST + 1 essential - RM 172.80
3. With SST + 3 herbal patches - RM 190.80

The pricing felt unclear, with a mix of options including and excluding SST, which seemed confusing. When I asked for clarification, the front desk told me that since I wasn’t a member, I couldn’t select any other option except the most expensive one (RM 190.80). This left me feeling like I had no choice but to pay the higher amount. Which is not stated in the pricing board.

Additionally, when it came time to pay, I opted for a credit card, but was then asked if I had cash instead. This felt odd, especially since paying in cash would have required her to give me back change (RM 9.20), creating unnecessary hassle for both of us.

I would appreciate clarification from management on whether this is standard practice or if it was a miscommunication at the front desk. The experience left me feeling pressured, and I believe a clearer and more customer-friendly approach would improve the experience greatly. Thank you.

Beautiful and clean interior . Came here for a full aroma body massage on monday 13/5 after a long hour flight delayed . After the massage , my neck felt pain and cant turn for a week . Massage suppose to be relax not torturing the body . This was my 3rd time here, previous twice were done badly too but I have given chances to try others masseurs . As a loyal customer that repurchase their packages for many times . I feel their masseurs in this branch are not up to standard compare to others branches. Will not return .

The ambience of this branch is good, with a fairly spacious waiting area with a decent number of sofa chairs and seats around. The whole floor is owned by Healthland, so stepping into the center immediately sinks you into a more relaxed and quiet space that's detached from outside. As with most Healthland branches, the massage spaces are divided using curtains, so the occasional chatter from other clients may bleed through, but overall, the sounds aren't too distracting. Said massage space is also wide enough that it feels a little roomy, which does add to the luxurious feel.

The massage service here is top notch - the massage pressure is excellent, and the masseuses attentive to pressure change requests. The type of strokes used were also varied and targeted various points; there wasn't a lot of 'mindless stroking'. The towels and oil used were also noticeably warm and adds to the relaxation. There's no wastage of massage time either; whenever the masseuse leaves the massage space (to fetch towels, etc.), the timer is paused so the pause doesn't eat into the actual massage duration.

Pricing-wise, Healthland's prices are on the lower end of the franchise big-chain massages centers, and they do have various packages (some smaller and more reasonable for those who may be on a budget, and others bigger but worth it in the long term). I think the hours in the packages can be shared with others(?) as well. There are also 'happy hours' (typically between 11am to 3pm) where the prices are much reduced.

A posh and upper market wellness centre featuring traditional Thai trained highly experienced therapists in situ. There are numerous pre-paid packages you can choose from all usually counted by the total amount of hours that you pre-pay and have a validity period. From here when you check in after making a prior appointment, there's a reception counter to confirm and redeem your time from after an earlier set appointment. The staff here are highly courteous and knowledgeable on the types of therapy you may need depending on the level of stress the client is experiencing.

Many of the customers come in for their very good leg, foot, and shoulder therapy. They also offer specially curated infused oils formulated in house depending on your profile and needs. There are also packages for full body therapy as well using essential oils. All in all a great way to unwind after a long week at work.
