Extremely disappointed. My wedding is on 9 Feb and they had the audacity to cancel my appointment twice by just giving me a notice few hours before my appointment. The first time cancellation was because the staff took medical leave. And today again cancelled because the staff took emergency leave. I cancelled other appointments because of them and I have no where else to book for my facial before my wedding. Such irresponsible act, not once but twice. UNACCEPTABLE! IRRESPONSIBLE! DISAPPOINTED!

Jane has been a marvellous consultant. I have been visiting for the past 5 years or so. She takes initiative to understand my skin concerns and provide good advice. Not to mention her incredible experience in making sure the facial treatment relaxing and effective.

Love the facial treatment here. It’s very relaxing, thorough and can start to see improvement to my skin after several visits. Putri is very friendly and professional! She helped to recommend treatments for my skin concerns, and always made sure I’m comfortable and relaxed throughout the facial ☺️

I was paranoid to go for facial treatment judging from my previous experience with other salon due to two reasons. Post-facial redness from extractions, and the therapist hard-sell for facial packages. However my visit to Sothys Empire was far from that. Therapist assigned for me was Putri. She is so gentle during extraction and never forced me to buy products and packages. She provided tons of tips how to care for my skin and even handed out samples for me to try at home. I truly enjoyed the 1.5 hours facial and wished it was longer. Will consider to take the package next time.

Second time facial at Sothys Empire. The beautician, Jane did a skin check prior to my facial and explained to me my skin needs and post facial to show the results achieved. Amazed to see 2x hydration after the treatment. She has also explained the proper skin care routine I should do at home in order to maintain a healthy skin.

Beautician Jane is lovely, and she’s the longest one I’ve had at Sothy’s so far. She remembers everything that I need for my facial sessions, and always gentle in her touch. Even on the phone she is kind and polite.
I really appreciate the facilities at this outlet; they have an internal washroom with hand bidet too so it’s comfortable and I don’t have to be fully dressed to go to the loo. Because of the location, and the timing I choose, parking is easy and the outlet is highly accessible.

Went for my first trial facial treatment earlier today and I was impressed by their work ethics and customer service. Their salon manager, Vience recommend me to try their hydration treatment after she did my facial scope as I had redness and oily skin around my T-zone area. Her skill was good and her massage was also relaxing, feels like a good pampering session if you need one after a long day's work. My face feels more firm and hydrated after the 1.5hour session. I bought two products (soothing cream and serum) to improve my skin problem and I'm looking forward to see more visible results soon. Will come back again in my next visit!
