I have been a loyal customer for years, with a significant balance topped up at your branch. Unfortunately, I have stopped visiting recently due to an issue that has left me very disappointed.

I was informed by your therapists and reception staff that they are unwilling to serve me because of the feedback I provided in the past when asked after sessions. While my feedback was always honest and constructive, it seems it was taken negatively, leading to staff labeling me as "fussy" and refusing my bookings.

As I no longer feel welcome or comfortable visiting your branch, I kindly request a refund of my remaining balance. Please contact me to arrange this at your earliest convenience.

I'm a casual customer here, usually I do the basic dry thai massages. Since I had body aches, this time around I tried the premium sancha inchi oil for the 120mins session.
It was fantastic!
Tbh I'm a bit reluctant because it was too expensive.. but it's really worth the money. I prefer this so much more than the normal aromatherapy.
My therapist Kaan (I really hope I got her name right 😅), is excellent! She communicates with me well and she knows how to solve my body ache issues. The last bit with the ear massage and the hot towel was truly awesome. I highly recommends.

I recently visited here with my sister, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and offered a delightful flower tea. We had booked the Royal Therapy for two hours, and the ambience was incredibly relaxing. The massage was so soothing that we both fell asleep during the session. When we woke up, we felt completely energized and refreshed. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend it!

Unsatisfied! The worst massage waste of time waste of money. Went there for foot & head massage and she was just press like softly with my foot & head. To the owner or manager until now I x receive any calls from u. I already complained infrt of counter and the reception lady's says will back to me ASAP. But almost 1 week more still x any response. Better return the cash or otherwise re-do again.

I frequent this branch but my latest visit was a waste of time and money. Masseuse (male) fell asleep a couple of times throughout the 90 mins treatment and I had to wake him up.

I have no complain about the massage. But the company is ill-managed, with a huge turnover of staff (difficult to have the same masseuse for a long period of time). More importantly, I booked a package because there was a 10% discount. But last time I went there, I was told that the policy has changed and I cannot get the 10% discount anymore (without informing me before, of course). Then, why booking a package? Besides, the lady at the front desk is very stressful and not welcoming at all. If you want to relax, then go to Thai Odyssey. I went there before, and I think I will return now.
