I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant at Sunway Lagoon Resort, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was warm, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcome right away. The space was spotless and beautifully maintained, adding to the relaxed yet upscale vibe.

I ordered the smashed avocado with scrambled eggs, accompanied by a refreshing glass of orange juice, a smooth cup of coffee, and a serving of granola. Every item was prepared with care and bursting with flavor—the eggs were perfectly creamy, the avocado fresh and well-seasoned, and the granola added a lovely crunchy contrast to the meal.

It’s rare to find a breakfast spot that combines such high-quality food with top-notch service and a pristine environment. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to start their day with a delicious and satisfying meal.

My husband and I had a delightful afternoon tea here on Valentine’s Day, and it was an experience to remember. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring we felt welcomed and well taken care of.

The ambience was elegant yet cosy, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing afternoon. To make the occasion even more special, a live violinist performed romantic melodies, adding a beautiful touch to the atmosphere.

The afternoon tea selection was beautifully presented, featuring a wonderful assortment of freshly made pastries, sandwiches, and fine teas. One of the highlights was Gordon’s signature Beef Wellington, which was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside. Every dish was crafted with high-quality ingredients and impeccable attention to detail.

Despite the exceptional quality of the food and service, the price was quite reasonable, making it a great value for the experience provided. Everything from the service to the ambience exceeded our expectations. It was a truly enjoyable and romantic afternoon, and we would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an elegant yet affordable afternoon tea experience. We will definitely be returning!

我一直都是Gordon Ramsay的Fan，一直對他拿手的威靈頓牛排充滿了幻想跟期待。
得知在KL有家他的店，就趁假日過來朝聖。

餐廳裝潢的很氣派，也很豪華，內部還掛有一張Gordon Ramsay的大幅肖像。
領班是印度人，印度口音十分重，已經在澳洲生活多年的家人都只能聽懂他7分英文。
餐點都是單點的。所以我們點了三份主餐，兩道前菜及一份湯還有兩杯紅酒。
前菜是Seared Scallop及Bone marrow tartare，兩道都不錯，牛骨髓第一次吃，很特別。
主餐為Lamb rib eye(220)、seared mediterranean sea bass(220)及Beef Wellington(350)
另外兩份主餐家人說中規中矩還好。而我的Beef Wellington真的讓我大失所望。
吃不出什麽味道，只能說我不懂欣賞美味，領班還認為是我無法接受這樣的熟度。
所以又讓廚房料理了一道牛排給我，但這份牛排也讓我很失望，不好吃啊!
唯一的亮點就是家人挑的紅酒，真是好喝極了!!
我沒有喝過這麼好喝的紅酒，兩款紅酒各有風味，真的很棒，它們分別是
Castillo Ygay Gran Reserva 2009 及Catena Zapata Argentino 2020。

Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant at Sunway Resort offers a stylish atmosphere and impeccable service, but unfortunately, the food doesn’t quite live up to the premium price tag. While the dishes are well-presented and the flavors are decent, they don’t offer the bold, unforgettable taste one might expect from a Michelin-starred chef. For the price, the portion sizes feel a bit lacking, leaving it hard to justify the value for money. A nice experience for those looking to try a celebrity chef’s restaurant, but there are better options for the price in KL.

I was very impressed and must admit it was way better than expected and many reviews. We were warmly welcomed and taken to a very comfortable table that was impeccably set. After ordering a bottle of champagne we reviewed the menu and placed our orders with the server. The lobster bisque was excellent as was the Beef Wellington and chicken confit. Sides were promptly served and overall the portions were very good. Dessert was the soufflé and berry trifle- delicious too!

Atmosphere was very pleasant in quite a grand style dining room with a live violinist for most of the night.

Would I return - definitely. The food was of exceptional quality, well presented with professional and engaging service.

Celebrated a special occasion here and it was a very enjoyable experience with good food on the whole and even better service. We arrived earlier for pre-dinner drinks at the bar and the cocktails were exceptional - among the best we've had in Malaysia and definitely a strong start to the evening. A surprising menu highlight was the Bone Marrow (beef tartare) which was excellent. Signature dishes (Beef Wellington, Arnold Bennett Souffle, Apple Tarte Tartin) did not disappoint. Only underwhelming dish was probably the Black Cod which we found underseasoned and lacking in flavor. Extensive wine list even by the glass. All in all a great place to go for an evening to remember.

正直に言うと期待外れな部分が多かったです。まず、全体的に価格が非常に高く、コストパフォーマンスの良さを感じることはできませんでした。大人2人、幼児2人で、お会計は約RM1000でした。

シグネチャーメニューであるビーフウェリントンを楽しみにしていましたが、これも残念な結果に。味そのものは悪くないのですが、各要素がバラバラで一体感がなく、洗練された一皿とは言えませんでした。

一方で、内装は豪華そのもので、特にヴァイオリンの生演奏が雰囲気を盛り上げてくれました。料理以外の面では非常に満足できる体験だったと思います。

ただし、子連れにはおすすめしません。子供向けのメニューが乏しく、マッケンチーズとポテトフライくらいしか選択肢がありません。

全体として、雰囲気重視で大人同士の特別な日に利用するには良いかもしれませんが、料理そのものに高い期待を抱くと少しがっかりしてしまうかもしれません。
