I am very unsatisfied with the experience. I placed my order at 8.42pm, it has been 40 minutes and it has not arrived. However, other customers that come later than us and placed order later than us have already gotten their food.

The kitchen staff should not be selective of the orders that are plaved and should practice first in first out. Why are orders placed later get their food out faster than others?

Requested 0% sugar yet it is very sweet. I was told the grapefruit is sweet. What a miracle!

Decent dessert. All qq balls tasted: yam, matcha, red bean & sweet potatoes are soft and with nice chewy texture. Deduct 1 star as during visit they are out of stock on creamer but still charge us full price. Dining area may need touch up a little bit for a more polished looks.

One star. For the fact that the guy told me they are unable to reduce the sugar level in my drink.

The drink is a black sugar fresh milk. The sugar is applied to the inside of the cup, with a spoon and some sugar is scooped and placed into the cup. Before placing ice and milk being poured into the cup.

Why can't sugar level be reduced? Just apply lesser sugar on the cup and don't put the sugar into the cup.

Doesn't make sense to be honest. See the amount of sugar at the bottom. No wonder this place is empty.

The moment I stepped into the store, the lady at the cashier showed black face and threw her phone on the table with a loud bang. Excuse me? I didn’t do anything wrong apart from stepping into the store. Never encountered such unwelcoming store! Don’t even consider coming here, all you’ll experience is bad service and bad attitude. It will destroy your mood for the entire day. There will never be a second chance for this company, not even for other outlets!!!
