The valentines menu was so good. I was glad that I brought my husband here. He thoroughly enjoyed. The mutton was soft. The fish was the highlight for us. The salad gave a different dimension to us. Overall it was a good experience and also worth the price.

Added note: they have the best barista as the coffee made was perfect. Not everybody can make a good coffee art as it can foam after some time. Mine didn’t till the end of my meal.

Overall the ambience, food and service were wonderful. We had trouble with food delaying, about 45 minutes on a weekday lunch. But we also understand it depends on the type of food. We had lamb stew and rice, lamb skewer and rice, and chicken skewer and rice. I guess the lamb took time. We were compensated with a lovely creme brule for the time we waited. Tasty food and very tender meat. Good job 👍

The food was great atmosphere was good. Think people mostly come here for the liquor and food that goes with it. I came here for a delayed valentines with my beloved.

The food was delicious the vibe was great. I can imagine bringing friends and family to this place too.

There are also vegetarian friendly food and I ordered some(depends on how restricted are you they still have milk and garlic for flavoring). They were sexy vegetarian cooking. 👍

One of the standout details was the beautiful table decoration, which included real rose petals for just RM45—such a simple yet elegant touch that added to the romantic atmosphere. The restaurant’s Mediterranean-inspired cuisine was equally impressive, with each dish thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor.

Beyond the delightful food, the service was top-notch—attentive, warm, and professional, making us feel truly valued as guests. Every detail, from the ambiance to the service, contributed to an unforgettable dining experience.

For those looking for a perfect spot for a special celebration or a cozy dinner, Solh KL is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommended.

Mediterranean-Middle Eastern Fusion with Alfresco vibes

Solh delivers on flavor and ambiance, making it a must-visit. The food is the best thing about this spot, with wood-fired pizza oven and grill bringing depth to the dishes, with smoky, authentic flavors that transport you straight to the Mediterranean coast.

Adding to the charm, the entrance walkway is adorned with modern art, setting a stylish tone for the evening.

Alfresco dining is the highlight for me, with plenty of outdoor seating that’s sheltered from the rain—a big plus in a tropical setting. The waitstaff were attentive and ensured we were well taken care of throughout the evening.

Pro-tip: It was quite busy on a Thursday evening, so we ended up at a high table. Book ahead to secure a regular table for the best experience.

What could be better? While the artificial grass turf (very plastic looking) detracts from the “natural outdoor” vibe, the non-functioning water fountain at the entrance was a missed opportunity for a more immersive aesthetic.

Additionally, there’s only two toilet cubicles which while clean, caused a bit of a wait. Heads up, they are unisex.

If you’re craving bold Mediterranean flavors with a Middle Eastern twist, paired with excellent service and modern art vibes, this is a fantastic choice. Just don’t forget to reserve your spot!

Nice place with a great atmosphere. The lamb was very tender, ordered it well done—so good that we ended up ordering another serving. The tiger shrimp was fresh and flavorful, and the salad was decent. Overall, a satisfying dining experience.

As someone with a gluten intolerance, I was particularly impressed and grateful for the staff's knowledge and attentiveness. They were very accommodating, pointing out several gluten-free choices and offering helpful suggestions. While I had to avoid the bread, there were plenty of other delicious dishes to enjoy. Sohl offers a truly wonderful dining experience, combining a beautiful setting with delicious food and excellent service.
