We stayed in during the CNY holidays. There was only one immigrant maid on-site to assist us, but she was unable to attend to most of our inquiries. The front desk was unreachable, and we received no replies from Booking.com. We couldn't access WiFi and I had to bath in cold water due to heater breakdown. Room cleanliness is average. There was lizard droppings spotted on the desk and on the provided towel. The room also has poor soundproofing—you can easily hear a baby crying next door and the sound of doors closing.

But to be fair, the environment is peacefully beautiful—perhaps it was just not a good time to stay due to the manpower shortage.

Also for whoever “pantang”, the site is close to Chinese cemetery.

A very happy stay at the resort. There was a power outage due to work in the area, but the management was fantastic in considering the guest. They gave me some home cooked chicken curry watermelon and an instant noodle. When they went out later, even ask if I wanted any food, as no food option around. I was cycling in Malaysia, so there was no car to get around.

Maybe they are covering for the power outage, but not many places would care to do that. So it does mean they care about their guests.

It is a quiet, natural and ty place.
Although the room is small, it has everything.
The room and bath room were very clean, and my daughter and I were very satisfied.
The accommodation is a bit remote, but close to the seaside. You can go and see the sunset in a ten-minute drive, and you can go to the seafood restaurant or go to the warung with nasi Lemak, mee goreng, lontong, roti canai etc. in a ten-minute drive.

Beautiful property in remote location. The facilities were excellent. A welcome respite from a day of bike touring. Michelle was a generous and gracious host. Highly recommended.

Not really same as the picture. A little bit far but near to Pantai Minyak Beku. There is cup but no kettle (actually need to ask reception). Suitable for family gathering and make BBQ. My room has many hair on the floor. Overall is okay for relax...
