There is nothing grand or wonderful about this hotel. This place was a last minute choice for a weekend event. I reserved a non-smoking room with a large single bed. Instead, i got 2 twin beds, a room with a moldy barely functioning AC, moldy water kettle and sink. When i asked if there was another room. I was told the hotel was fully booked and they just sprayed the room with air freshener and nothing was done to fulfill my reservation requests. 🤯 They sorta got the AC to start working but since it's moldy I don't want to use it so i asked for a fan and got a rusty one. 😏 The room is above a restaurant so its not quiet or peaceful. The man at reception was rude, unhelpful, and condescending. The roads to get here were all flooded and there was no parking for guests (at 7pm) since the owner had a personal event and his guests took most, if not all of them. We were told to park outside (illegally) and maybe we could move our car into the lot after 10pm. 😤

A very simple low-cost hotel away from the town center. Nothing to write home about but it was convenient for me. There's a Chinese restaurant on the ground floor & the food is acceptable in terms of quality. What's notable is the small food court, also on the ground. The kampua mi was not bad but the bah kut teh was disappointing. The saving grace is the kopi-o which is the real thing - the best tasting in all of Sibu town.

the room i had 218, could heard water flowing in pipe all day long. slightly annoying a bit. but other stuff and their service is very nice
