Amazing experience over here, just don't expect a really Vietnamese massage.
For those who enjoy a hard massage. Look for masseur no.1, it's a really enjoyable place just to relax and rest your tired soul. I visit here about once or twice per week and always choose package C

Tried as I Google and saw on tiktok and don’t need to travel else where as it’s crowded. Nice place and can be better as slipper keep and end session, the massage bed hole is small and need to trim as hard to breath. They engage 2 boy to play music which stopped me after my session and enjoy. As it’s very new so the wall are newly painted so those who know the smell do take note . Foot massage chair is ok like others as I tried the lower lever day before. My masseur laughing as she can’t locate my point but my friend one is ok and on point .

Finally, I don’t need to travel all the way to Hanoi to do my head spa. This one is pretty decent - I’ve tried the rest in the vicinity.

I visited primarily because my friend want to use the game facilities, but unfortunately, the massage and head spa services were disappointing. The massage, in particular, was uncomfortable, as the therapist frequently used her elbows, which was not at all relaxing. As for the head spa, the products used felt subpar, with cheap & strong scented shampoo, and the treatment itself was not thorough. Instead of focusing on the head spa, the session was filled with unnecessary steps, like excessive combing and washing, which detracted from the overall experience.

If you're seeking high-quality head spa and massage treatments, I would not recommend this place.

For RM 368, which covers six hours including 1.5 hours of head spa, 1 hour of body massage, cuticle care (hands and feet), and access to the facilities, the value is lacking.

I’m giving 2 stars overall. The cuticle care was acceptable, and free flow food and drinks. Though this didn’t make up for the overall experience.

My friends brought me to this place, but I can’t understand why it’s called Hanoi when it barely resembles a Vietnamese spa.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a rude and impatient receptionist, which set the tone for my visit.

The decor was underwhelming, featuring some Thai scriptures and cheap Thai paintings.

I tried the foot massage, which was reasonably average in strength.
However, the cupping session was poorly executed and amateurish.

To be fair, I didn’t opt for the full package that included food and facility access, but with the mall surrounded by fantastic restaurants at reasonable prices, I don’t see why anyone would choose to dine here.

Overall, this place was a disappointment, and I won’t be returning.

I visited this place for the first time after seeing such good advertising about their service, massage quality, and affordable prices. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the hype. The receptionist, a plump lady, was extremely rude, acting as if this was the only massage place in JB. Her attitude was so bad that I wonder why the boss still keeps her employed. Despite it being my first visit, we weren't even allowed to take a look around, making us feel unwelcome. The foot massage was okay, but the body massage was disappointing. They only did half of the body and then moved on to the freebie I had chosen. Overall, it was a bad experience. Think twice before taking up their freebies.
