Bilik kemas Dan bersih, pekerja pun friendly n membantu.cuma Muka mcm ganas ja,tapi membantu kalau Kita minta pertolongan😅.

Cuma sy complain 2 perkara ja.
1.dlm bilik tu ada pipe air(rain water drain).xda masalah,cuma kalau hujan mmg cukup mengganggu bila air hujan lalui kat situ.. seriously,mmg korang xleh tidur.
2.dlm kul 2 ke 4pagi, kat atas mmg bunyi bising.bunyi alih2 perabot ,bunyi org berjalan n bunyi budak2 berlari..mmg cukup mengganggu.bila Tanya pekerja dorang xdengar apa n xda Sapa check in bilik atas...not sure org ka hantu..

2 tu ja masalah ...lain ok...harga pun ok,service ok.tv wifi pun ok hot water shower pun ok...

air panas hotel buat mcm cowey.cuma kat bilik xde cerek letrik.

when we arrived at the hotel, my friend said that this hotel smelled of cockroaches and when we checked in there were really big cockroaches. asked uncle to help remove the cockroaches but uncle came with mosquito spray. when the cockroaches are sprayed, the cockroaches disappear somewhere. a few seconds later a small cockroach came out. we are not willing to stay in that hotel. uncle wanted to give us another room but we were still traumatized and decided to change hotels. only the deposit is returned. The hotel did not want to return the money even though we only entered the room for less than 5 minutes. We will definitely not go to this hotel again

Their own cleaning staff makes noise early in the morning. 5am heard their staff sweeping the flow using toilet broom, all the way until 7am. Even heard it somewhere around 11pm. Told him that the sound is waking people up, but he still continue and don't care about the complaints. The sole purpose of this place is for people to rest and sleep, yet now they don't let their customer sleep. Used to book here regularly, but I guess this will be the last.
