Friendly staffs. Fast service. Had buffet dinner and the foods are delicious. I love the roti john and roti jala with chicken curry. Nasi Ayam sauce is one of a kind.
Please come early for breakfast. Queue is snaking and fully occupied. Long waiting time for breakfast. Rating for bfast 6/10

I was excited about the Christmas buffet but left feeling very disappointed. The seafood wasn’t fresh, and the dessert log cake was already gone by 7 PM with no restocking, even though the buffet was supposed to run until 10 PM. The drink options were extremely limited, with only guava juice and fruit punch available (not everyone enjoys coffee, even with a coffee machine). Considering the high price, which I believe could be better spent at other restaurants, the buffet offerings fell far short of expectations for a festive dining experience.

Came here for my birthday, was here alone. At the weekend lunch buffet Was very enjoyable the vibe and the view. Had little present. The mascot panda and balloon dog. Never had this experience in SG when in a buffet.

First visit and worth the money, special rate for senior at half the price. Love the live station serving nice Beef Brisket and the seafood corner where prawns are really fresh. Will patronise again for more varieties.

Weekend buffet from 12pm - 3pm.

Customer service is bad. We have booked our appointment earlier. Upon our arrival, there is a long queue with very limited staffs to assist in which we have to stand there for a very long time estimated around 25 minutes. Upon our turn, the appointment list did not reflect our names. Despite numerous staffs trying to assist, they ask the same question, what is your name which has been answered plenty of times. Nevertheless, they still allowed us to enter.

Variety of foods from Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic to local. Taste considered acceptable for the price.

If the customer service has been approved, I can see good potential for this buffet restaurant in Johor Bahru. Hope for further improvement.

Food normal can be better, like the coffee. It's nice to have a great cup of cappuccino/latte from real coffee beans, and the great thing is that they have a few of the coffee machines scattered around the restaurant to ease the possible queue, this is one of those details that I wish other hotel/restaurant operators would consider. Great coffee no queue :). Service wise I'm quite impressed with a staff coming to check on us when another staff dropped a glass near us. This might seem like a normal gesture, but trust me there's a lot of staffs elsewhere who would just stay away and pretend nothings wrong and if there's no complain it's not their problem. Either the management have trained the staff well or they have a good staff that takes ownership. Whichever that is, do acknowledge the staff and it makes a difference to customers.

Overall, we had a lovely experience here. Their breakfast buffet had a nice range of local Asian and western dishes. Half of the dishes were pretty good and the other half were just average. The lotus bao and oats here were really nice. There was also an egg chef that would cook eggs for you the way you like (I love it when buffets have this!).

The restaurant had a lovely and relaxing ambience. My aunties and I sat in the restaurant for a long time as we chatted over coffee.

The staff here were kind and looked so cute in their straw hats.

Consider the crowd, the crew still served patrons with a smile, making sure our occupied table didn't get invaded while we were at the buffet counters. Kudos to them! Variety of food is great for breakfast. Like the teh tarik!
