I recently stayed at 57 Ruma Oren Heritage and had a lovely experience. The location is excellent – right along Jonker Street, which made exploring Melaka’s attractions, cafés, and shops super convenient.What made the stay even better was that the place is pet-friendly, which is a big plus for anyone travelling with furry companions.The overall vibe was cosy and welcoming – perfect for a relaxed, fuss-free stay in the heart of the heritage area.

We had a pleasant stay at 57 Ruma Oren Heritage Jonker Residence in Melaka. The location is very strategic — once you’ve parked your car, you can pretty much walk to most of the popular spots around Jonker Street, which was super convenient.

Before checking in, you’ll need to contact them via WhatsApp to receive the code for the lockbox to retrieve the house key.

The house is pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us. Our small furkids loved the ample space to roam and explore safely indoors.

The amenities were great — there’s a TV, karaoke setup, WiFi, fridge, water dispenser, and toaster. Downstairs, there’s a bathroom with separate areas for the toilet and shower, which is a nice touch. All the beds are located upstairs — one king and one queen — with another bathroom that has both toilet and shower together.

✨The upstairs room has wooden windows that aren’t soundproof, so if you’re a light sleeper, it’s a good idea to bring earplugs.

The place was clean overall, though toward the end of our stay we did spot a few small cockroaches, which was a bit off-putting. Hopefully that can be addressed with more regular pest control.

All in all, it’s a cozy and well-located stay, especially if you’re exploring Melaka with pets!

整體很舒服住的舒服，房子很大兩層，有電視還有KTV，不過KTV有點不知道怎麼用，開始用的時候研究了很久。這次帶了兩隻小狗狗來，寵物友善，自己準備好狗狗要用的物品，入住前要付RM200保證金，退房後確認就會退回，跟房主溝通順利，地點很靠近唐人街，也很靠近紅屋，走路都可以抵達，整體體驗很好！會再回來！唯二缺點就是蚊子很多，房主雖點了蚊香但還是有蚊子，被叮了幾個包，希望之後房主多留意除蚊這一點！再來就是房間靠近馬路，睡在靠窗戶一側的人很容易聽到外面的聲音，淺眠的人建議遠離窗戶！床很舒服，對我來說軟硬適中，整體來說不錯，我訂的時候大概RM300內的價格，CP值不錯！這次我們住4個人，最多可以到6人，人多CP值高！價格沒漲價的話蠻推薦！
