Food is quite good, waiters are friendly and the environment is serene and clean. Good for dining, but the food is pricey, not for everyday dining. Free flow ice cream is cheaply but delicious. Sauces and drink are chargeable per person.

食物很美味，汤头很够味 不会太咸。食物也不错，价格算中上一点。服务很好. 唯一一点美中不足是不够babychair，可能是因为假期的关系 所以一直等不到babychair, 直到比较没有什么顾客了，再看到有空的babychair, 我们才直接反应让员工知道可以拿babychair来我们的座位吗？其他都很好，希望可以更好。现在还有优惠 👍 只要google review 4-5星 就能免费一盘红糖糍粑。

Overall services are good but can be improved... should inform customer in advance on time limit of 2hrs & also promised to wait confirmation on room reservation before let it go to others customers.

Foods & soups are great .

Good services by the staff, very helpful and friendly.
I love the freshness of the beef, the vip room located at level 2 good view with the floor to ceiling window.
1 suggestion: please always refill your sauces bar.

We heard about this hot pot place and decided to try it out. The atmosphere was amazing and the food has a lot of variety. We chose the pepper pork stomach soup as the base and it was so delicious. The staff are very attentive and really looked after us throughout the lunch. I highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to have a good hot pot that doesn’t cost you a fortune. This is really value for money.
