Scallop taufu wrongly served - fiah paste taufu

Table service was slow, not attentive, folk and knife not provided when lobster was served, demand for it but only provided for 1 pax.

Tea pot not heated up with candle base, other tables has it.

Always passed by here so decided to try dinner tonight.
The place looks new and very clean. Service is top notch. Waiters are all very attentive and would recommend dishes when I felt indecisive.

Ordered:
Steamed Soon Hock- very fresh & sauce is very flavorful. 鱼肉很有弹性也很滑。
椒盐豆腐- Crunchy yet soft inside. The 椒盐 topping also has 葱 and chilli. Not too spicy but very flavorful when pair with the tofu.
黑胡椒鸵鸟- flavorful and tender and fragrance.
皮蛋银鱼上汤- big portion with lots of century egg & vegetable
糖醋咕佬鸡- MUST ORDER! Very flavorful & crunchy!!!! When the waiter told us is chicken we were so shocked haha. We couldn't even tell its chicken. Usually 咕佬肉 is pork but this dish is really nice.
芯片小炒皇- nicely stir fried with wok hei
芒果西米露- this has a nice twist. Usual restaurant uses sago but thos restaurant uses Pamelo to substitute the sago. I find it healthy & refreshing too.
七彩棉花糕- this cake is so soft like cotton! It's has a subtle sweetness and not overly sweet. I love this!

We're so lucky to get the last few pieces of cake. I really love the food and service here. Will come back to try the abalone fish maw soup!!

食物：总体食物偏咸, 叫了一条将近 Rm200 的鱼 结果蒸不熟 manager拿回去厨房要油淋 结果出来味道也没有很好 里面厚的部分还是很硬
服务：并没有专门的服务员 每次要等她们经过叫他们倒茶 (茶放很远) 还有一道豆腐没有上到 我们埋单说不要了 manager对着对讲机：怎样啊 客人不要啊 可以退么？做好了就不能退啊 Blah blah 然后我投诉鱼没熟 她说可是现在做着offer 不能扣哦 我说没关系 想快点走人了 最后说 free给我们糖水
只能说没有下次 Bye bye.

Food quality overall is decent. I liked the sweet potato Chinese pancake which was good. Flaky and had decent amount of sweet potato filling and not too sweet. The taufu with minced chicken and Petai was different. The taufu had a bit of a taufufah texture. Had the right spice hints to the food. The veg was also sweet but felt there was more stalk than green leaves. Service wise was good. Attentive. Felt like you had 2-3 waiters to one table. The waiters were also helpful with recommendations. Parking at night is a plenty.

這間酒樓的食材品質相當出色，每道菜的烹調水準都遠超一般煮炒餐館和酒樓，展現出粵菜獨有的層次與靈魂，讓人感受到正宗廣東菜的細膩風味。

環境方面，整體裝潢中規中矩，但可能因為新開業的關係，仍有進一步優化的空間。我們當天被安排在樓上用餐，發現冷氣的效果不太理想，希望店家能儘快調整，以提升用餐舒適度。

服務方面，侍應的專業度仍有待加強，可能是培訓不足，導致對顧客需求的理解與回應不夠到位。若能提升團隊的服務意識與應對能力，相信會為整體用餐體驗加分不少。

值得一提的是，酒樓經理相當細心，在得知我們對冷氣問題感到不適後，特意招待我們品嚐炸Cempedak，口感香脆可口，這份誠意讓人感受到店家的服務態度仍在努力改善。希望未來能看到更進一步的提升，讓這家酒樓真正成為高品質粵菜的代表。

If you’re looking for something different from the usual Chinese fare, this place is a must-try. The menu is full of creative twists that really caught me by surprise—in the best way.

Truffle in noodles? Yes, and it works beautifully. Foie gras paired with Chinese elements was rich and indulgent. The crab dish stood out—it’s served with chee cheong fun instead of the usual tang hoon, and it actually enhances the texture and taste. One of the most memorable dishes was the shark fin soup with salted egg yolk—so unexpected but adds a real depth of flavor.

Seafood was incredibly fresh across the board. While prices are on the higher side, I’d say it’s worth it for the quality and creativity. Definitely a great place to explore modern Chinese fusion done right.

海鮮煲RM200多的一道菜 海參、帶子竟然有苦苦澀澀的味道 才吃一小塊整個舌頭喉嚨都是麻的。上菜節奏很慢 一道菜吃完了 還要等他們上另一道菜。還有幾道菜上來是冷的，很疑惑這樣的餐廳為什麼會有那麼多好評。菜的味道偏淡。環境還可以 算舒服 廁所也乾淨。服務方面匹配不上他們的售價，大概是一般餐館的服務standard可是要收酒樓價位。
