Clean interior with menu books and QR codes at each table made ordering easy. Food arrived quickly, probably because I visited during off-peak hours.

There was a noticeable burnt smell during my visit, making it a bit hard to breathe. A staff explained it was caused by a faulty oven.

We ordered the mixed chicken rice set, dry chilli pan mee, two egg tarts, and a kaya toast bun. All dishes were good and came with free soup 😋👍🏼
The egg tart had a creamy texture with mild sweetness, while the kaya bun was soft and freshly made.

I recently visited Ling’s Kopitiam and tried two classic Malaysian dishes—roti prata with curry and nasi lemak. The food was solid; nothing extraordinary, but definitely enjoyable. The roti prata was crisp on the outside and soft inside, pairing well with the mildly spiced curry. The nasi lemak had all the essentials—fragrant rice, sambal, anchovies, and egg—served in a straightforward, no-frills style. While the flavors didn’t blow me away, they were comforting and satisfying. What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere. The place had a warm, welcoming vibe that made the dining experience feel relaxed and pleasant. Best of all, the food was incredibly affordable, making Ling’s Kopitiam a great spot for a casual and budget-friendly meal.

This indoor kopitiam inside the mall has pretty reasonable prices. They’ve got a good variety of food & drinks on the menu, which is perfect for families. We came back for the second time because the kids love their French toast!

I waiting almost 30 min + for hainan chicken rice only. after wait for so long i ask they just inform no rice, if im not call them no one come to inform me. Only 1 dish take 30min ? And go counter they said is only 27 min late. Wow 27 min only? For 1 person dish?

please be more generous to your food portion . customers will pay and feel satisfied if the food is good and really really according , make up to the price . improve on your food portion and please check whether all are in good condition . went here today and the sambal seems a bit off .

Horrible experience today. Ordered Hainan Chicken rice. Took 40mins and 2 reminders to have my food served. Those ordered freshly cooked dishes ready finished their meals, i am yet to get my chicken rice
No explanation, guess the chicken is shipped from Hainan.
